I believe the bar would likely serve every sort of island / tiki drink. If you can put a tiny umbrella in it, the South Pacific bars would serve it.

What was the ambient recommendation? Was it the song I put in the WFE this morning? If so, then you're very welcome :) A friend in another region recently introduced me to the group. That song, "Last Train to Lhasa," is by far my favorite on that album. I could listen to it all day.
