Castarilia would agree to (if President and PM of Thaecia were to sign):

Not send puppets to vote in Thaecian elections.
Not use events in Thaecia for it's own national gain.
Withdraw all troops in Thaecian member states.
Be respectful to Thaecia and it's member states (for example not talking dirt on it/them).
To not interfere with Thaecian affairs after it's exit.
To not use a region with a Thaecian embassy to spam the chat.
To attend court cases involving me if they were to happen

What Castarilia requests from Thaecia:

For relevant flags to be flown at half mast during exit negotiation and fully brought down after it's exit.
For Castarilia to leave by the 31st October, therefore requiring a response before then.
For Castarilia to be allowed to stay on the Thaecian discord.
For Castarilia to be permitted to have an ambassador in Thaecia, provided they follow Thaecian and NS law.

Any amendments that Thaecia would like to add:
Anyone in that Thaecia decides can represent them in giving amendments. They can either telegram Castarilia or mention them in the RMB with said amendments (only applicable before Castarilia's exit or if Castarilia has an ambassador), pms on discord are also acceptable. Amendments will be discussed in government and may or may not come into effect depending on whether they are deemed acceptable or not.

In the event of a no deal exit:

In the event of a no deal exit, Castarilia will not have any of the requested privileges but will not be legally required to follow any of the concessions listed above.
