Condain wrote:The Celestial fairies welcomed their Jade counterparts who moved there a few decades ago. Celosia would step forward to greet those who came out. "Wonderful to see such a delightful welcome party, you truly honor myself. I do hope my skyhold is out of the way for the part here troublesome as it may be. I would offer to take you up for dinning and sight seeing later if you give me the kindness first over showing your golems if its not too forward for myself to ask?" Her voice would sound like sweet music with every note and tone in perfect harmony as the mana moth still flutter about her in a maze of patterns.

"Yes, the Jade have already brought out many different types of golem in one of the courtyards in preparation for your arrival." The pair of fairies (pairies?) would flutter down the walkway followed by the rest of the group. An increasing amount of university staff, their students, as well as countless other city dwellers would walk outside to gawk at the giant floating city. Fairly soon there would be a small swarm of glider-staff wielding elves and Ishiyosei (stone faeries, refers to Jade born fae) flying up to investigate.

Fairly soon the group makes it to their destination, the previously empty courtyard now had dozens of various golems of all sizes and purpose scattered about in between the spirit blossom trees. "Is there any specific use you need golems for? Our fellow professors here can help you out far more than we can depending on what you seek."

We haven’t had many enemies as we have been isolated from the realm of these wars.” He says exhaling.

Eshwar: “We admire the natural world as well as we are born from it, raised in it and adopted our culture from there,” he said not knowing some of his ancestors and lineage, “We usually prefer to stay in the mainland or island or Kemonomica as those places are familiar for us, we have trouble with going to places unknown to us,” he said. Ling then gives Eshwar something in which he holds it with his hands.

Eshwar: “What’s this?” He asked not knowing what it was.

"We Jade Elves were never really well suited for battle unlike other races, our bodies are light and fragile, we are agile but lacking in strength. For us we had little choice but to set aside our differences in order to survive, consolidating power and all that, those that wouldn't didn't last for very long. I suppose your reaction is rather warranted, I highly doubt that this planet ever experienced anything even close to what it was like before we were sealed away." Ling would say, pausing for a brief moment to sample some of the food brought before them. Tsune and the rest of the group were still busy ravenously inhaling their food.

Ling would finishing chewing and continue speaking, "Those are a sort of bartering tool for uncontacted people, we can't use our normal currency in other lands anyways so the Leadership had given these to us to pay for whatever expenses we may occur. The edges are made of pure gold and the rest with high quality Imperial Jade, the materials and the ornate carvings give them value in most places we visit. The air would get heavier as the hunter climbed even further up the mountain. The cliffs would take him about an hour to conquer per, but he got up the mountain much quicker. As he crested the last cliff face, the smoke of a fire could be seen a bit in the distance. The fire itself seems large, a bonfire, maybe. The sun was lowering, so his best bet would be to make it to the fire. However, the man could also choose to adventure a nearby cave, a wonderful shelter for anyone, potentially holding untold riches, but also dangerous creatures. But who's to say the creators of the fire aren't dangerous?

The helper turns back to a few of the other fairies and says something to them in their musical chirpy language. They seem to dart off to a section of the market to grab items.

Helper: "We have a large selection of wines, mead, and hard ciders. We live on a liquid diet so creation of fine drinks is something we have a knack at hopefully its not to sweet for you. We also have a few special items if your into more protein drinks."

A few of the fairies have returned with small fairy bottles prefect for a normal sample. There seem to be a few normal fruit based ones along with one bottle that glows a soft blue and another with a thick red liquid inside.

The Empire We Lost

NNS Morning News

Japan today is thriving; after establishing positive trade relations with many a country, the Japanese conglomerates are making more money than they did at the height of the Hōsha Period. Japan’s Yen is twice the value it was in 1027.

But the fact cannot be ignored that Japan once maintained and overseas Empire. And even more upsetting is the loss of the Doluman Islands, the ancestral home of Alterran Japanese people and culture. Recently, tension has been brewing among the Japanese voters. Tension towards one of Japan’s closest allies—Zygoltiana. While the ruling National Unified Party is anti war, and pro Palatinate, Prime Minister Hayakawa made the regaining of the Doluman Islands (where some three million Japanese still reside) one of the hallmarks of his campaign.

“The Doluman homeland is rightfully Japanese soil. It was taken from our country in an unprecedented act of genocide. Today, Zygoltiana prospers from the oil resources in the eastern regions of the Japanese homeland, and so, by extent, prosper from the deaths of 7,000,000 Japanese and the collapse of the first Japanese civilization on Alterra,” said the Prime Minister to the National Diet.

5,000 protesters marched peacefully past the Zygoltianese Embassy in Kiwasaki, and the National Diet voted three fourths in favor of petitioning Port Charlotte to release the former Japanese territory on the Doluman Islands.

(Prelude to the Declaration of Japanese Rights)

Recognizing that 7,000,000 Japanese men, women, and children lost their lives, and acknowledging that the Doluman Islands were annexed by Zygoltiana in cooperation with the Imperium of Kyn,

Recognizing that the Imperium of Kyn’s leadership and military forces were guilty of mass genocide,

Recognizing Zygoltiana’s refusal to acknowledge the ancestral rights of the Empire to her homeland,

Recognizing the standing treaties and the political status of the two countries,

It is the demand of this popularly supported document that the ancestral homeland of the Alterran Japanese be returned to the Empire of Japan at once and all three million Japanese inhabitants be designated as Japanese citizens. It is the view of this National Diet and it’s people that the destruction Japan has faced more than payed for it’s past aggression, and that no further debts are owed to the world, and that no debts were owed to the United States of Zygoltiana.
