Hello everyone I'm Rick Grande...We just learned a short time ago that Her Majesty Queen Julia II has scheduled an address to the nation regarding the riots in Boca Raton and all around Manifest. The Queen is expected to touch on many of the events that have happened in the last few days and will not be taking any questions from the media afterwards. She is expected to give the address to the nation Via secure feed from an undisclosed location in Manifest. Let's throw it now to Boca Raton Belfast where reporter Derek Williams stands by....((producer runs on screen and whispers in Rick's ear))....I'm sorry we would throw it to Derek but it looks like Her Majesty is ready to deliver her address to the nation."

Queen Julia:"Good evening everyone here in Manifest and all around the world. I am addressing you tonight fo clear up some misinformation that the news media has reported over the last few days and hours. I will also be addressing the riots in Boca Raton and the steps we are taking to end them. First let me clear up some rumors that have been circulating around the internet and television thanks to our wonderful media and finally this disease. The first rumor I want to address that is affecting me the most is the rumor that I ordered the Royal Security Service agents to fire upon innocent civilians in order to end the riots. This truth to that rumor is...well it isnt true never in my entire life have I ever once considered hurting innocent people. My heart breaks as I read the stories that innocent people are being killed by Agents who are supposed to protect us. After much discussion in my inner circle I have made the decision to disband the Royal Security Service effective immediately to hopefully put an end to them killing innocent civilians. The second and final rumor I want to address is the one that I am imposing martial law. The truth to that rumor is again not true. I haven't even considered imposing martial law in Boca Raton as I believe the national guard and army can handle ending the riots. Now I want to address the riots/bloody nights in the streets of Boca Raton. The images coming out of Boca Raton are horrific and I'm not sure how it has gotten this far this fast. To many people have been killed by the hands of domestic terrorists who have every intention of committing harm to innocent and the not so innocent. My heart breaks for the families to the point that the crown will be paying for the funerals of the people killed last night. Again after much discussion with my inner circle we have come up with the following resolutions to hopefully end these riots before they turn into something bigger than it needs to be. The curfew that I imposed on Boca Raton hasn't been working so I have decided to make it stricter than before. Instead of the one hour after sunset and a hour after sunrise the new curfew will be 3 hours before sunset all citizens of Boca Raton are to be in their homes and remain there until 3 hours after sunrise the following morning. Anyone who is caught breaking curfew will be subject to discipline by however the military sees fit...except bring killed. This new stricter curfew will hopefully end these riots and beautiful Boca Raton will return to its normal state of peace and tranquility. Finally I want to address this disease that suddenly showed up in Manifest Even though we dont need it. I have been in almost constant contact with the C of Manifest and they have ask that we allow some outside help in attempting to cure this disease before it worsens. Kemonomica’s green forests were lush and untouched. Mountains speared through the sky, with the fog gently running down them the Mountains also had snow on the tips of the mountains.

As time passed by and the neared the capital. The sun was setting on the capital. A tall tower seemed to split the sun into two amongst the horizon, and Kaho knew she was near the capital.

The residential area was lightened with paper lanterns and candles. The Industrial Revolution (redone!)

While Castoria at it's own ways has been a manufacturing-based nation it had it's mix of farms , entertainments , resource extraction and such. There has been always a shortage in manpower ever since the collapse of the empire due to King Ulrich.

This has necessitated an autarky to be independent from trade and all other nations. Over the times this has reduced specialization in Castoria's economy and made it although versaitle had a dull edge in world economy. Years ago Castoria has begun opening up it's markets to the east and finally the world.

King Robert thought of it as necessary to put these events into action. Castoria will begin construction of lights-out facilities powered by flesh-machines and the soon-to-be finished "flesh techs". They will operate in an environment within the rural sections of Castoria and have tremendous government funding. Farms will be dedicated into sustaining these low-cost facilities. Large "immune system" modules will be constructed to prevent diseases and bio/chemical weapons from interfering operations with the flesh machines.

It has been determined the southern colonial lands must be made use of. Castoria begins a massive deforestation and resource extraction program to exploit the untapped resources within the southern islands. They then could be utilized for farming and construction of even more lights out factories. If all of these are successful there would be a source of larger income for Castoria and their output could compete even with the larger superpowers.

The Ingalish Royal Navy has spent the last 5 years redesigning and building new ships. This multi-billion dollar program has eaten into the sovereign wealth fund but it is an investment worth making. The Navy can now - at least - roughly keep pace with most of the 'advanced nations' on technology, even if its numbers are significantly lower than others.

As a result of this, there are 60+ vessels that are now surplus to requirement. Many in the Admiralty would like them used as target practice or used for scrap but the government would like to offer them at cost price to other nations.
