The Empress sets out to create a political party, one in which all Monarchs of the States land were allowed to join, known as The Sakura Monarchs Party (SMP). The Empress first drafts a bill to enact the old tongue language (which all tribes used back then) known as “Beast Tongue” to be taught in the school, this will be the language in which all Kemonomimi’s can use but it shall not be an official language of the nation. Though it will be used commonly to help Kemonomica’s language divide and strengthen the nations unity.

The Empress then allows votes to be held in “The Frontier Territory”, splitting the territory into three separate territories in which the Provinces will take shape.

Though as the Empress is in the midst of her reign, her supporters turned to her in hope that she could disband the Embassies established between Russgard and the Kemonomimi State as they despise the government and its ‘informal’ people for an attempted kidnapping of a young Kemonomimi girl. The Empress in wish to have her support grow, to protect her citizens and to promote isolationists, tells the Russgardians they have 72 hours to vacate the Embassy and prepare to leave back to their nation. The Embassy in Russgard and the Kemonomimi’s that work their are taken back home by a Kemonomimi ship with their scrolls and other documents.

“. . .My people do not wish to talk to kidnappers who are informal and aren’t disciplined correctly, we shall not allow such men to trek upon our lands,” she announces to the public in the Capital, the public roared with cheers. She closes her scroll, the final words of her announcement to the public made her people happy, no longer in perfect relationships with the hoomans of Russgard.

King Seeks Guidance

Karvaur-King Charles Requin, known as two headed King. Young 11 year old King seeks out advisers from the Kemonomimi State.

Vân Anh: “It does worry me, I have to say, after the Religious freedom act my daughter converted to Kristianimimi, though thank the Goddesses it was only that and not Catholicism that those foreigners brought with them, though if she ever were to become Provincial Empress she would have to follow the divine ways to get coronated,” she states as the Emperors and Empresses were coronated using the ways of Mimi Shinsei.

His white horn and hair reflected the light being emitted from the candle.

Asuka: “That’s a good suggestion, he does need to see how our kind acts,” she says, “And about the Winter Palace, I might not live long but what would you think?”

Shin-Hye: “It will be nice to add more palaces, maybe we can use it to our own when he leaves after winter,” the Neko Provincial Empress says. Asuka nods to her in approval.

Asuka: “That’s a good suggestion, after all we cannot allow recourses to be wasted on such a palace only to be used during winter, I believe this concludes our meeting, any concerns that any of you want to share my brothers and sisters?” She asked. The room was silent and only the sound of Thái Minh blowing smoke from his mouth can be heard, “Good, though let us give a moment of silence to Prime Minister Tamura, hoping his vessel will be apart of Mother Nature and his spirit going to the divine realm,” she says, they all stood up looking down on the floor, individually putting their hands together, the maid looking down upon the floor and the two samurai’s guarding the entrance look up in hopes of a new day.

Environmental Adviser for the foreign king shall be Harjot Dhoot, born in 1025, an old and wise Waiban who practices Mimi shinsei as he is a devoted worshipper of his nations religion in which their Gods, Goddesses and spirits blessed them with Dragon Guardians.

The Winter Palace shall be constructed in the Capital of Kemonomica. With using the raw materials they gained to all extent, with no spare twig going to waste.

With War Cheif Green Exiled and his 11 year old Nephew on new Tribal Throne too young to technically rule. Teal and his Guard are ready.
