- Must be a Citizen of Alterra.
- Must be "Active" in the eyes of the law.
- Must be an WA member or list a nation with it.
- Map placement and expansion will work on the Bingo Map quick system. For example O17 will grant you access to that area.
- Native Nations may pick up to 6 'Bingo' Squares upon their initial settlement.
- Hybrid Nations may pick up to 4 Squares to settle.
- Colonist Nations may pick up to 3 Squares to settle.
- These 'Bingo' squares must be continuous if settled on a continental body and/or must be within a 3-3 area if on an Island Chain.

Fall Year, Autumn Year, Winter Year, Spring Year, Monzon Year and Summer Year
Autumn Year and Monzon Year will be the intensified version of Fall and Spring respectively.
Monzon Year means Monsoon in Spanish. During this time it is raining which results in various floods
Autumn Year you see alot of tornadoes, hurricanes and other natural disasters
