Guys, I just wanted to leave a message for you guys, that you are really keeping the raiding spirit alive. I have not seen defenders have this much difficulty reacting to a tactic, since macedonia started doing the refoundings. I want to personally apologize to haclones, because of the years I have been harsh of his contributions to raiding in the past, and he has clearly proven his worth the last few months.

Seriously i think the fendas are losing hope, with timing of 1-2 seconds they have no chance, thus without knowing where we strike they are hopeless.

9th March 2011, Major update
Last update The Black Hawks rolled thunder and lightning through NationStates, taking a further 9 regions with accurate timing. This time, The Black Hawks focused its attack on larger targets, overthrowing a total of 6 native WA delegates. Fendas didn't attempt to defend any of the raids, and it is widely believed they have given up.

10th March 2011, Major Update
Last update TBH fledgling hawks Soaring tikal and 
The Gated Community of Casl claimed 3 regions!
There were no defenders showing their faces, although we did sit for minutes waiting for the target to update.
All and all, it was a good experience for Private Casl, who lead the raids on the last two targets.
The targets we hit were:
The Academy
Celestia
The Regional Region
