1. Su-35 fighter planes production line started again to manufacture this type of fighter, which is expected to produce 200. The total cost is 24 billion euros.
2. All tests of the new plasma electromagnetic gun have been completed and will be equipped with mechanized troops of the whole army in 21 days. The Navy will be equipped in 28 days.
3. Tank units will be updated. This plan mainly upgrades the artillery and ammunition of T-72B3 tank to increase its armor piercing performance. The new model is T-72B4.
