Ah, well, see that's a complicated issue. It can really add to the Region's effect when there's enough energy and activity in the life-blood of the group to power them both. That makes more people come floating in because they see the activity in both and find a general niche. Besides that, it helps center activity against the general decay of the Summer-winter cycle (though it *must* hook the new members with activities too).
In this case, there were a few issues. Multiple exodus moments left me and others exhausted, and faced with recurrent harrassment by a member who rhymes with Conquistador (on both Discord and RMB) after I gave up the Discord's management...well it compounded together. Besides that, I think people were just too tired to really form the "network" that a community needs, and that left the RMB much more empty than it otherwise could have been. At the very least, it didn't help when people felt the need to exodus again because of it. In this particular case, I think if I had been quicker to ban Mauricil (?) and Lat from the RP/Discord it would have been better later.
question, i have recently started my first ever run in DS2 Scholar of the First Sin, if anyone here played it as well as the third game, is it just me or is Dark Souls 3 boringly easy? (speedrunning the game at this point just to farm achievements and tons of pvp as well)
While the DS2 on the other hand is far superior in regards to difficulty? Of course objectively way worse game then the third but i find the second one way more fun :p
BTW just to clarify when i am talking about difficult keep in mind that i by accident at the very start of the game joined the "Company Of Champions" which essentially makes the game NG+ diff already.... XD
I have updated the Citizenship Roster. Those who have been unintentionally excluded may contact me personally here by TG or on Discord.

Rights of Citizens and Residents
Citizens are entitled by the Constitution to the right to vote in elections and referendums and to run in elections for official regional positions. Citizenship also grants the holder access to all other legal rights guaranteed under the law, including a fair trial.
Residents enjoy the legal right to reside and communicate within the Confederacy, as well as receive basic protections under the Law, including a fair trial. However, Residents may not vote or run in elections or referendums. The rights of Residents are subject to the will of Parliament.
Responsibilities of Citizens and Residents
New citizens require membership in the World Assembly or a declared WA puppet.
All Citizens and Residents of the Confederacy of Free Nations are responsible for familiarizing and abiding by the Constitution and Law Code of the region. Furthermore, all Citizens and Residents are expected to act civilly towards each other; all acts of violent aggression, treason, bullying, or harassment are grounds for arrest and the stripping of one's citizenship or residency status, as determined by our Supreme Court.

ps. yes i know about the bbcode issues. it was hard enough trying to find all the old sh*t i would use to organize this so deal with it for the time being.
pps. yes, i am well aware that "for the time being" most likely means "for the next two years when i update the law code again"
A bill is currently under second reading debate, regarding the simplification of the office nations used for regional documentation.
you're the big poopoo lavan

kal, gonna be completely honest here, i see it less of us "being tired" when montaris happened and more "we were stupid enough to trust ruclax with being a fecking monarch"
It wasn't a "smart" thing to do, but "tired" is my short-hand for "Staying in the NGA seemed like a worse option". Stupid would be if we'd been trusting of him enough to give him actual powers *as* said Monarch. It's like the dumb "knighting" that Puerto (Ruclax?) got when he joined the region, zero actual power to it but plenty to keep him quiet and content for a while. IMO that's part of why Ru got so frustrated. He took the role of "Monarch" because he thought it'd do a lot for his power, but then he found out just how little there was for him to do with it and took the wind out of his bubble. Even inventing crises to get emergency powers kind of flopped on him because back then we had enough endorsements on the World Assembly Rep that pulling it off of him would have been difficult for the group.
