Yeah. I've been mainly using Krionik for RP & writing these days, when I have the time to do either. I didn't even realize my original accounts had CTEd until someone alerted me to it. :)

Might be able to finally do that RP we'd been planning months back soon, if I can manage to keep myself motivated, lol.

Heh, yeah the South's kind of interesting. But the regional roleplay is bad, the government's good though but I can't stand how boring it gets sometimes.

And we have sociopaths in the region to boot.

Fun news: my free text adventure game recently received a 'comment' about not having enough 'women' and 'people of color'. That was the only thing in the review. Then the rest of the comment section (and by comment section i mean 4 bored ppl) bashed this one person, after which she complains to the site, and my 'comment section' is now blocced

What a wonderful world the internet is, eh?

I am indeed. I got a lubbly story from the little comment you made about the kit kets.. An unemployed astrologer was fired from his last job because the fortunes weren't with him. He's sulking because the astrology report says nothing good will happen going out today. A scruffy looking salesman in a big beard and mustache. approaches the door. He looks just as out of work as the poor astrologer. He bothers him by ringing it until his OCD can't take it any more. He reflexively buys a 'free' set of door-to-door coupons that say biblical stuff like 'do unto others as u want them to do unto u'. In exchange he has to provide the salesman an IOU promising his name and email to go onto a promotional emailing list.

He later has a visit from his nephew, who adores him but has is mentally questionable. A bit thicc in the head, as it were. The nephew, who doesn't eat them at school, gives him a bar of chocolate he says he got from the sports teacher. Because he believes they are dark magicc. He exchanges the chocolate for cash using the coupon. He buys a chocolate with the munny. He finds out the person he gave the choco to is now dead.

He suspects someone of having tried to kill his nephew, so he investigates the chocolate and what was in it. He questions his poor nephew extensively, beginning to believe maybe someone does have evil plans. They watch a man his nephew watches from school with binoculars. The man looks very suspicious, doing things in his garage. The astrologer steps into the house to investigate, aided by his nephew is lookout. He finds a shovel and a newly dug up part of the garden. He begins to investigate, and hears sounds.. a car is coming in. As he dashes around to hide, the nephew keeps telling him which way to go. The man who knows someone is in the house and begins to search for him. He gets cornered, stuck in the attic. But is safe from the man, who's stopped looking for him. Then his stupid nephew calls again.

The man tries to kill him with a shovel, but he saves himself by throwing a bunch of cards in his brochures in his face and runs. He makes it to the front door when someone smaccs him from in front. Bleeding, he tries to understand as the owner of the house drags him in. The man drags him into the garden beside the garage. He realizes what was buried there.. not a body, but foreign weed. He can barely see, as the man pulls his gun out. Something smashes onto the man's head. It's his nephew. He kills the man. The astrologer thanks his lucky starts-and then is killed himself.

When the cops come, the nephew tells people of the heroic rescue, and how the evil foreign man committed some crime his uncle saw. After the attempted poisoning, they scouted the man's home. But before the nephew could call the cops, the astrologer uncle went in first and they fought. He reached there too late. The police doesn't find the drugs, even though the foreign man is a suspected drug dealer with a local assistant.

The reporter interviewing him talks about his uncle's love of astrology and if he shares it. The nephew says no. She then mentions something about bad luck, because the police found a partial print on the poisoned kit kat bar that his uncle exchanged. And that it could now be matched against potential suspects. Color drains from the nephew's face. The reporter says 'I suppose the other drug dealer just ran out of lucc'

I also got a story idea from Gorbastan talking about playing chess with an old man, and the idea of the spirit of the old man stucc in the chess set and trying to show the young boy his killer in the nursing home
