Corzerran wrote:Felipe smirked. "I'll lodge it in there, then we gotta get the hell outta here. Once the gun falls, it falls."

He managed to climb onto the roof of the building, and quickly ran to the anti-air gun. He took out the pin to the bomb and stuck it in between some of the components.
Felipe struck it with the bottom of his fist, starting the course of the reaction and beginning to run away.

Felipe managed to get to the edge of the roof, and he nimbly hopped through the window back into the control room. Though he did his best to remain calm, the gaze that met Red showed that he was full of adrenaline. "We gotta go, run!"

Red whipped the door open behind them, holding it open for Felipe, "Go, go!"
He ran down the stairs, skipping every other step. His gun pounded against his side with every bounce. They made it down the steps and out the door. Veronika and Hog were just outside the door, firing with some other rebels on a small group of guards.
Red yelled, "Get the hell out of here, the roof on this place is coming down!"
The group took cover then ran down a side street. They moved behind a large bulding before a large boom 20 yards out.
Red roared over the radio to the troops of Mahagura and Vajrastan:
"Attention Mahagurans! The last anti air has been taken out. Give this city hell!" He had a wild grin on his face.
Veronika chuckled, "You two have been busy, huh? Good to see it, but there's still a ton to do."

After a few moments of silence, she spoke out to Elena. "What luck to find a car out here, huh?" Cecilia winced as she clutched at her leg, the pain returning. "You might have to drive right up to the field hospital... my leg's not bad, but it could be better." She had a slight smirk as she finished speaking, trying to make light of the situation.

"Aint too much luck to it. So many people just abandoned their stuff when they fled. And don't worry, babe," she glanced at Cecilia through the rear view mirror, "Ill get you to the field hospital, and ill be right there while they're takin care of ya."
Zana breathed slowly in the passenger seat, "Think theyve got an inhaler at the field hospital, I'm gonna need something for this."
Elena nodded, "I'm sure they do, i think these guys come prepared."
She drove slowly through the city until she hit an open road. She turned off the road and drove straight to the field hospital and parked in front of it. She hopped out of the car and opened the rear door. She supported Cecilia as she walked to one of the tents,
"Hey yo, we've got a bullet in the leg. how are yall triage-ing this?"

The Southern Front:

The navy was put into a complicated situation, while they were still loyal to the national government and Timur, they were also stationed within southern waters and most of their crew was made up of men from the south. The 1st, 2nd, and 4th naval groups had all declared neutrality, choosing to stay away from turning their weapons on Drakonicans and instead to protect the waters of the nation while the civil war dragged on, with the rest of the navy siding with Timur and beginning to mobilise for war against the Zamirists. The Timurist navy began preparations for operations against the southern lords, the Zamirists had no navy and thus their vulnerable southern cities could easily be taken once the Timurists had fully mobilised their vessels. However the Timurist navy was unprepared for such a conflict, many of its crew were not within ports until the end of the first day, with maintenance and arming not starting until the start of the second day and would take a few more days before the ships could sail. While it did seem like the Timurists would soon have a massive advantage over the Zamirists with the ability to strike at the southern lords, their worry was the presence of the neutral fleets that roamed the waters of the nation, limiting their options regarding naval operations.

While the seas of Drakonica remained in a state of tense peace, the land was embroiled in conflict, with the southern lands the first to experience conflict between Drakonicans. Turjan Bek had mobilised 8000 men and concentrated them into a single army, with his brother and cousin joining him in the war, and with the Timurists unprepared for war, Turjan Bek saw it best to act fast while they still had the advantage. The Turjan army marched east towards the southern Turov clans, hoping to capture land and knock out the threat of the 3rd naval group in the process, and would eventually be split into three smaller groups. The north and southern groups each had 2000 men with the remaining soldiers commanded by Turjan Bek himself, with the Turjan attack beginning at the dawn of the second day, first with a volley of artillery to knock out Timurist military installations and weaken troop concentrations before the infantry.

The northern group saw much success in their attack, claiming a vast swath of flat land and capturing a few villages while being able to provide artillery fire to the central group, forcing a Timurist unit to retreat. Some drakonriders were present in the northern attack, and were able to scout for troop movements of the local clan forces, and engaged in a skirmish which forced Timurist local clans to retreat. The central group experienced much harder resistance from a combination of national and local clan forces, while they were successful in pushing back the Timurist forces to the closest major settlement, artillery and attack helicopter attacks prevented Turjan Bek and his army from advancing further, and the central group would respond by sending out their attack helicopters and to strike at more military positions. The southern group, led by Turjan Beks cousin, had the least amount of progress on the second day, being hindered by the fact that they were moving through urban streets and because of resistance from Timurist marines and local police. Multiple firefights between Turjan forces and police had broken out, resulting in multiple civilian injuries and destruction to shops, though the police quickly retreated with the marines into the city of Sarojakor.

The Drakari Front:

Clan Drakari were a feared enemy to fight, their clan soldiers were not the best equipped but highly skilled and the clan has the most amount of drakonriders out of any clan in Drakonica, with 700 drakonriders out of their 1000 total manpower. Drakari Bek, hearing of clan Turjan's swift response and first strike plan, quickly assembled a formidable drakonrider force to begin making advancements around and near the major settlement of Taronkhasan. Attack helicopters from both sides were deployed, though the Drakari using portable anti-air launchers managed to struck a tail of one of the helicopters, destroying it and having it be the first vehicle destruction in the civil war. The Drakari using their drakons were able to take over vast swaths of land, while also being relatively safe from artillery strikes, their airborne nature helped them conceal their movements and strike at vulnerable Timurist units, including managing to destroy and capture a few transport trucks and skirmish Timurist artillery until they retreated near Taronkhasan. The Drakari plan was to surround and siege Taronkhasan, and once the city fell they would hold their ground against the armies that would march from Khusara.

The northern Drakari front also experienced some border changes, with minor gains in the rough mountainous terrain of the north mountain range that extended all the way into Khusara. A veterans ranger company, comprised of 60 men specialised in mountain warfare and navigation had defected to clan Drakari after Zamir rebelled against his father, and were quickly sent to take land and move across the harsh terrain, meeting no actual resistance with any major settlement being far from sight. The company had managed to capture an abandoned radio station, rundown and decaying, yet with a few repairs would be crucial in establishing secure and wide communications during the war.

The Western Front:

The Western Front stood still, three minor clans from Khusara had joined Zamir following his declaration to claim the throne, their reasoning was Timur's rule had brought economic despair and Zamir would be the one to reinitiation trade. Their combined armies were rather pathetic, only 2000 troops while the Khusarans in the surrounding clans could mobilise up to 10,000 men, with additional national army units that were stationed following the reclamation of the region. Tosoilad Bek was reluctant to send additional forces to the west, though relented after seeing the need to protect the Zamirist effort from encroachment by Khusara and their massive manpower advantage. Tosoilad Bek sent around 2000 of his men into the region, upon trucks and train as quickly as possible to reinforce the local clans, which were engaging in artillery battle and small skirmishes across the front, with a Timurist tank being disabled and later fully destroyed by a small detachment of local clan warriors.

Love from across the ocean:

Dust kicked up right in front of Zamir from a transport truck that sped past him, Zamir hastily made his way through many of his soldiers and vehicles that roared towards the frontline, multiple officers walked next to him and mumbled about logistics and current war effort, and then they were dismissed with a tired wave of the hands. Zamir entered into a tent that was quickly set up to coordinate troops movements, a large wooden table set in the middle of this tent with a map and many radio equipment scattered around.

Zamir moved towards a wooden chair and slammed down on it with his plate armour, leaning his head back and resting his mind from the chaos of the war and managing his troops. While he attempted to close his eyes and take a quick sleep, he discerned a familiar voice in the background, coming from a television that was placed inside the tent. Gazing into the television, he would spot a woman sitting on a throne with a white mask on her face. Zamir sprung out from his chair and walked towards the television, and even with the mask, he could tell it was An from her clothing and brown hair.

Zamir listened closely at how his wife spoke and publicly supported him, he attempted to conceal and control his excitement but he couldn't help but smile, he gazed thoroughly at the screen as officers and soldiers carrying crates passed by him. His lips twitched into a large smile, his mind became more relaxed and calm, while his heart warmed up from her speaking. He was slightly disappointed to see her hide her beauty behind a mask, yet all he cared about was her voice and how she was supporting him, even with an ocean separating the two.

The Government of the Republic of Atrocha has communicated to the Government of Mcarnald its desire to establish diplomatic and commercial ties between the two countries. Atrocha wishes to establish diplomatic relations with Mcarnald, through the establishment of embassies, as well as commercial exchanges.

Among Atrocha's exports are:
Minerals: copper, nickel, cobalt, lithium, manganese, platinum, silver, aluminum, polonium, iron, uranium.
Food: vegetables, wheat, barley, salt, pepper, nuts, processed foods.
Goods: white goods, medical technology, and we also have joint factories for automobile parts and clothing, so orders coming from your country will be fulfilled by those factories.

Atrocha would also ask Mustawi for agreements on: free docking of ships, free-tariff trade, participation of Atrochan companies in Mcarnald, visa-free travel, and Mcarnald's access to Atrochan loans with a limit of 5 billion annually with an interest rate of 8%, with a one-year grace period.

The Atrochan companies that would like to establish themselves in Mcarnald would be:
- Origenes T&I is an Atrochan company at the forefront of medical technology and the production of semiconductors. At Mcarnald they want to create development plants, as well as sites to sell their products to the rest of Nonscio.
- AWMS and Omnimar are two of the leading and richest shipping companies in all of Atrocha. These companies would like to have branches in the most accessible ports of Mcarnald. (One for AWMS and one for Omnimar)
- Solartel is a market-leading renewable energy company, that wants to invest in Mcarnald with the creation of solar panel parks, wind farms and nuclear power plants, so that Mcarnald energy is less polluting. The contracts would basically be: 55% Solartel, 30% local distribution companies, 15% State of Mcarnald.
- The International Credit Bank of Seaburgo would like to open a branch in Mcarnald.
- BAI-MORINCO wants to establish a factory in towns outside the capital of Mcarnald, to manufacture original parts for the motorcycles it manufactures.
- Alvarez Cards, a company that produces welcome cards, birthday cards, invitation cards, etc., wants to create a manufacturing center in Mcarnald.
- Ingenios Muñoz-Paredes wants to open a processing plant in Mcarnald
- Del Pont Foods wants to invest in agricultural fields in Mcarnald

For trade: We would like to import wheat, vegetables, salt, pepper and uranium.

Origenes can establish operation for medical technology not for semiconductor production as we already have domestic MSMC for that.

Mcarnald has 11 major ports and terminals most accessible ones will be in the south where climate in much warmer.

Solartel won't have any success in wind and solar farms due to Mcarnald environment and government policy.Though government is leaning towards nuclear and big tech here is also going nuclear so their nuclear power plant projects will be allowed.

International Credit Bank of Seaburgo,Alvarez Cards, BAI-MORINCO, Ingenios Muñoz-Paredes can open branches and operations in Mcarnald with no issue.

Mcarnald doesn't have any agricultural fields to be invested in.

Pain, suffering, weeping, and loss. History has always been marked with periods of brutality and strife, and the 1960s proved to be the worst era humanity had seen since the days of the Bubonic Plague. In 1958, a deadly disease known as Halovirus swept the face of the earth, killing roughly 1/15th of the population and leaving many more incapacitated and forever on life support. The Halovirus' symptoms included hallucinations, vomiting blood, insomnia, dizziness, arteritis, and migraines. Wild delirium too swept society, throwing cities into panic and forcing the hand of the exiting President Dwight D. Eisenhower, with Federal troops being sent into metro areas like Baltimore, Tulsa, Miami, Jackson, Tallahassee, and others. Gang warfare spiked and racially motivated bomb threats doubled the numbers from the horrible last few years. Election season rapidly approached with a mile-long list of issues that needed fixing.

Democratic candidate John F. Kennedy narrowly beat out the Republican candidate Richard Nixon in the 1960 elections, with his rousing speeches and the "Kennedy Promise", declaring that America would have the will and strength to "resist the encroachment of communism and the disease brought with it" around the world. The Nixon campaign made various claims of election fraud after states such as Missouri and New Jersey all fell to JFK by slim margins, all of which were shot down in the supreme court. And while nothing ever came of these claims in the next year, the seeds of discontent had been sown and polarization between the two major parties and their support bases was tearing apart the floundering Republic at the seams.

Yet Kennedy's presidency rolled along, and gradually as 1961 faded into 1962, stability had been somewhat reestablished. A cure was developed for the Halovirus and the death rate slowed. A tightly run police force brutally cracked down on the rampant crime in cities such as New York, Boston, and Miami, to great acclaim from the city residents.

But beneath the surface, a conservative right-wing organization was being formed, by discharged ex-generals who were court-marshaled for crimes during the Vietnam and Laos Wars, and by Republican and Democrat politicians alike who saw Kennedy as reckless and dangerous to their version of American Democracy. This was the beginnings of the Federal Salvation Front, who held their first underground rally in June of 1962. Assuming leadership of the FSF was a man named John C. Marshall, ex-governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and former member of the democratic party.

He and his circle made their headquarters in a bunker deep beneath the city of Uniontown, PA, exporting propaganda and decrying the GOP and Democratic Party for "letting power consume them" and blaming them for the "total collapse of the old American society". But for the longest time, their messages were ignored by a population who were growing more satisfied with the upwards direction the country was going.

But everything changed in the later months of 1962. On October 14th of that year, an American U-2 spy plane was flying over Cuban airspace following reports of Soviet Russian military infrastructure and deployments. The plane's pilot took approximately 902 pictures of missile installations being constructed on the island. The President was notified the same evening, and the National Security Council was convened to discuss the matter. Among the various plans conceived to deal with the threat, the one that was unanimously agreed on was an air strike against all missile sites. However, Kennedy didn't agree with his staff, and put forward a plan to navally blockade the entire island, preventing more missile launch sites from being built on Cuban soil. On the 22nd of October, the US fleet and accompanying naval elements from the UK, Argentina, and Chile officially began the blockade. The president delivered a public address announcing the discovery of the missiles and the American response. The DEFCON was raised to level three, and it was declared that all ships bound for Cuba carrying weapons of any kind would be turned back to their home ports. The crisis deepened as the Soviets demanded that American missiles in Turkey and Greece would need to be withdrawn before they would remove their own missiles from Cuba. The Americans refused to remove their weapons from Turkish soil, resulting in an escalation of tensions as DEFCON was raised to two .
