About the World Assembly
Somebody else should join the World Assembly, as currently the region has no delegate and is not protected from raiders. In my opinion, every member of The Land of Cakes Biscuits and Tea should join the World Assembly and endorse somebody. Only then we will be safe from raiders.
About the World Assembly (Again)
Also, without a delegate, many WA votes are wasted and proposals are delayed because nobody of us can accept them.
