Greetings, New Commonwealth! I'm Wells, former Foreign Affairs Minister of the Federation Of Sovereign States. Glad we got to establish embassies.
I've come with news. We have elected a new president: 
Zstantvia has won our elections with 60% of the votes. Zstan was the Foreign Affairs Minister before I was, so it stands to reason his presidency will lead to a closer friendship between our regions. Who knows.
