Your population of 195 million exceeds what is realistic for your nations size. Your population should not exceed more than 20-25 million.

Jefferson would be the poorest and least funded state in the entire USA.
Plus it would consist of farmers and ranchers with very low population

Yea I guess. Again, I would need to do some more research on the topic. It would be interesting seeing a conserve state on the west coast.
