The Commune return?

its a beautiful morning and jack has been very busy with the constitution, while urban is talking with some Departments members
but there has been rumors sayings that The Commune is hiding somewhere and reports saying that there were graffiti of Anarchy symbols
many anarchic supporters has been helping the Commune since the coup d'etat
but police funding has been low recently and the FRU has been very strict about the police doing anything violent against anyone
jack and urban has decided to leave alone Commune
The Council is still around but has been significantly weaken and the same said with The Commune
but over the years supporters of the anarchy has been rising and one proposal is in progress about The Commune and The Council
