I was working on a new constitution but I think I'm going to put a pin in that and start working on a list of card bank pirates (the people who steal your bank when you're transferring "money" from a puppet to your main.). It'll cost me a bit of money but I feel like someone other than me would be interested in knowing who to watch for when they're choosing cards to use for bank transfers.
