We don't have an official statement on that.
However, unofficially, I will say this... I think there's a lot of people around these parts that have gotten too used to there being times when the border control officers just weren't around. Nessie being in the spot they're in at the time they're active has put a stop to it. We're enforcing the rules, in compliance with the law, to a greater degree. Anyone who is banned has the right to a judicial review of their ban. They can bring it up with TNP's court, and we will hear the case.

I think what I like about it is how relatively peaceful and character oriented it is, rather than focused on troop movements and such. I can focus a lot on developing the people that are important to my nation. Sorry to the RMBers that focus on military gameplay, it's just personally not my thing. We can agree to disagree. That's why we have our differing worlds.

Gift cards are selected at random with equal odds from among the list of all

It is the end of the month, why was there no lottery today?
On the last day of the month, the lottery winners are not selected randomly. Instead, legendary cards are gifted to the winners of three top-10 categories of the WADP monthly awards. Additionally, epic cards are gifted to the winners of all awards other than the New WA Member Shout-out. Therefore, competing for the WADP monthly awards provides you with another way to win multiple free cards: up to three legendaries and five epics per month!
Legendary gift cards are selected in the same way as for the daily lottery. Epic gift cards are selected randomly from among the epic cards available in the decks of nations Card farmer 1 to Card farmer 2500.

SOMEWHERE ABOVE SOUTHERN Ernsdom
Troop Transport A-12, a Travpor Helicopter, was a troop transport used by The Armed Forces of Moraque. It carried fourteen people, so two pilots and twelve personnel and had a range of six-hundred nautical miles. It was flying above the far south of Ernsdom, around 25,000 feet above the far south of Ernsdom and was flying at 196 miles-per-hour.
They were hoping to reach East tighterrouraeih as soon as possible and if they were low on fuel, they had two jet fighters escorting them, capable of refuelling the helicopter. They hoped they would not get shot down flying over foreign airspace. They hoped to fly into the Emerald Sea above Armagh republic and hopefully then to their main target.
Their target was Johnson Arabia, the leader of The Democratic Faction. The King of Moraque considered him to be a mild threat and an enemy of the state, so they sent twelve men of The Special Forces of Maraque to dispose of him. The Special Forces, known by their regiment name, Royal Rangers Regiment, or The Triple R. Quite a few hour passed.
