When do season 4 cards come out?
Eh, all time, in terms of engines it's Ferrari, in terms of teams all time it's also Ferrari.
But it was only very recently they actually saw success, beginning in 2019 with Red Bull, as before this, they were in a very unsuccessful relationship with McLaren between 2015 and 2017, underpowered and unreliable engines was what they delivered as they struggled with the new engine regulations and the uncooperative nature of Ron Dennis' McLaren, often to the frustration of driver Fernando Alonso.
They powered British-American Racing (Yes it was owned by the tobacco company) in the early 2000s before buying them out in 2007, they were reasonably competitive in from 2003 to 2006, often best of the rest behind McLaren, Williams, Renault, and Ferrari. They picked up a single win at the 2006 Hungarian Grand Prix, a chaotic wet race that didn't have all too much to do with engine power however. In 2007 it became a fully Honda owned team and was awful, often being beaten by their own junior team, Super Aguri. 2008 was another season to forget except for Rubens Barrichello's stunning podium at the soaking wet British Grand Prix. They had built a really good car for 2009 that had to be withdrawn before the start of the season however due to the financial crash of 2008, it was bought out by Ross Brawn for Ł1 and won the both championships come the end of the year.
Before this they had been an engine supplier in the 80's and into the early 90's notably with McLaren and Williams. In 1988 with McLaren they built arguably the best F1 car of all time, the MP4-4, winning 15/16 races that season with a turbocharged Honda V6, an incredibly powerful and surprisingly reliable engine considering the time period. They only lost a single race that season, the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, a track they should have easily won at, however Alain Prost had retired with an engine failure, the only time that happened all year, and Senna had been crashed into by back markers while lapping them. However due to the incredible dominance of the car, McLaren-Honda easily won both championships. In 1989 McLaren still won the championship with Honda despite not having a turbo engine any more, instead running a Naturally Aspirated V10, the same championships rolled through into 1990 and 1991, before Honda left in 1992.
In the 80's Honda also enjoyed success with Williams, winning a drivers and constructors double in 1987 with Nelson Piquet. He enjoyed quite an easy championship as his only real competition that year was his teammate Mansell, who, although having more wins, failed to be as consistent as Piquet. They had also won the constructors championship in 1986 with Williams after Mansell and Piquet had a tough fight with both each other and Prost all season, eventually they missed out at the final race at Adelaide as Mansell had a colossal tyre failure, so Williams ordered Nelson to stop his car out of fear the same may happen to him.
Honda also had involvement in F1 in the 60's, the first Japanese team to be in F1. They won the 1965 Mexican Grand Prix with reigning champion John Surtees, however not much more success came of this and they pulled out in 1968 following the horrific death of Jo Schlesser, who was burnt alive in a car of magnesium, and due to issues of selling cars in the United States.
I know this was way longer than it shoulda been, I just decided to ramble off the top of my head.

Crazy to think no one has ever one more than 1 title with Williams, every single one of their driver champions has been a different driver, prolly stay like that too considering current form.
