I mean, why would the feds need all that power? 'Sides, we could do some silliness to the amendment that grants the feds a high level of power without a vote if they know a majority of provinces will be okay with it.

Like how the ZU does things like ban a sale or decide on some things for the states without the permission of states, thus doing something illegal, but is declared legal by a majority of states that think "Yea, I'm fine with that breach of power."
