Look at the Ratte. That one was impossible as it would have been hardly able to move.

The Maus is the absolute limit a tank can be, in my eyes.

And, yes, a tank can carry nukes, if it's useful is the other question.

That would a superior feat of technology to build such massive constructs that they somehow don't sink into the ground from weight alone. Of course, I mustn't be trusted because I have used similar (Halo) vehicles in the past for one off RPs.
