this is a broadcast message to the rest of The Foundation that SCP-5000 has Breached out of it's containment cell.
one of the Class-D Personnel was being tested when the personnel was asked to touch SCP-5000, when occured the personnel got absorbed by SCP-5000 and started a rampage around Sector 3. luckily none other SCP's were breached. The Combatants at Site-19 are trying to recontain SCP-5000
