I've never been religious but I've been having ideas in my head of some characters or ideas from the Bible and making them how I imagine them to be
Like God could be a skeleton (with like a mish mash of different animal skeletons but keeping a humanoid shape) with some tissue here and there with a beating heart. Life could grow inside him with branches, leaves, and plant life extruding out of his body
