I think I sent you a tg.

It can be used as a frying oil

Yeah, but I meant oil in the gasoline context.

The Front Range wrote:Gas prices did not increase to such high amounts until the invasion of Ukraine

It wasn’t the Keystone extension being cancelled, since gas would’ve been consumed at a similar or slightly higher rate that doesn’t correlate to over 50% price increases per gallon

Price gouging and Ukraine are the reasons

If we had still been drilling for oil/gas when the Ukraine war started, we wouldn’t have had to relay on Russia for are gas
Also it wasn’t just the Keystone extension, it was almost all the oil/gas fields being shut down ⛽️

Are you proposing Autarky, and source?

America would suck at Autarky. We’re already in so much debt to China. We’ve imported more than exported. Our economy is doomed to fail.

But there are some states that have good oil and gas industries, Texas for one.

Yes I am proposing a Autarky of sorts.
Also I don’t need a source, you could literally see that the gas prices were rising when Joe got in office

You do if you want to make claims that a single entity was involved in record inflation and gas prices

Hey, Am not saying that it was single handled Joe Biden’s fault, like I said, Ukraine war didn’t help, and there were some other factors, but the main reason the gas prices are high is because Joe Biden shut down the oil fields/poorly managed the remains, and that in turn caused the Gas companies raising there prices so they can profit off of Sleepy Joe’s bad decision(s)

From what I’ve read over a bit, the cancellation of the Keystone pipeline was a minor, if not at all, factor to rising gas prices.
