Ah, I didn't realise that's how it worked. Can I take +44 then?

Segentova and Equilar

Equilar wrote:TWI Telecommunications Union Update: Calling code assignment has begun, starting with three countries: Dormill & Stiura with +45, Equilar with +463, and Segentova with +468. Please telegram me if you want your domain and/or calling code officially added. Please note that while I do wanna organize the calling codes by region, I am open to amending the definitions of what each number means if you so choose. The numbers' regions are not set in stone.

Calling Codes

The following is a list of calling codes within The Western Isles. If you wish to add your nation's code to the list, or move it to a different number, please wire a telegram to Equilar. If you wish to add a code, it is recommended that you request a two-digit code for a large nation, or a three digit code for a small nation. Please note that while the WITU does wish to organize the calling codes by region, they are open to amending the definitions of what each number means if you so choose. The regions are not set in stone.

Done for you, although I'll wait for the other countries to tell me what they want.

Did .alt, although +46 is taken as I hold +463, and Segentova holds +468.

.an and +49 for Ainslie

EDIT: You already found .an I see :)

That was basically what I did until I realized an island nation didn't fit AM.

So San Montagna and I did a war between 1991-1994 whose called the 30th Parallel War; with communists on my side and capitalists on his (no wonder I lost huge amount of land). Now, the two of us use the 30th Parallel North Line as our border, which is why we have this super straight border. Sure there are still some Magaratis, specifically in Marubhumi Hangate, who cry about how San Montagna gained way too much land (and access to the Alteran Sea) despite Magarat and her allies acting like the war ended in a draw, but it's pretty much solved now...Now as for our border with this fake entity built on stolen Alteran/Segentovan/Magarati clay called Central Canal Administration...

Equilar 360 (was previously something else but your system makes much more sense) and .atm for me

Zone 8 ig, although idk. I'm doing this as I go.

Guys, please check this before putting your Internet TLDs.

San Montagna and I are sisterly neighbors unable to use ours as .sm already belongs to San Marino and Armenia took .am from me.

That's okay, if your nation has any IRL connections, you can just have a seperate TWI TLD and an IRL one, kinda like how I have two seperate country codes, one for TWI use and one for IRL use that's not connected to TWI.

All of you are now done. :)

By the way, for future reference, please send me a telegram instead of saying it on the RMB. It's a little less of a pain in the a$$ lmao

Thanks Equilar. Also, just call Zone 3 Central Argus.

If I were allowed to make one wish, it would be that every English speaking person who uses the word "like" at least once per five seconds on average would henceforward say "Rinderkennzeichnungs- und Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz" instead of "like", be fully aware of it, but unable to stop talking like they normally would.

And to, like, have to, like, wait for an answer every time that like inflection at the end of the sentence made it, like, sound like a question?

Not really a question, more a reproach.

And on that topic...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_calling_codes

There's a reason I went with +699 - it's explicitly unassigned; though, now that i think about it, doing something like the North American Numbering Plan for TWI (e.g. +N XXX) for some logical value N (either 6 or 8 seems like a good fit here) might be a way around this (Equilar?)

Sounds like a great goal I should also strive for...but that would require me to belly up to the bar and actually work on them. Maybe tomorrow...

Nothing strange to them; didn't they have an Austrian governor already?
