If we don't have the WA endorsement criteria for citizenship, to allow voting and participation in regional politics there will be no reason to endorse the PM, which would lead to instability :).

yup, and whats to stop a PM candidate from creating dozens of vassal non-WA nations to unfairly swing elections. Giving non-WA nations the vote is basically encouraging corruption

I guess I was trying to say that I am interested in participating in regional politics but I don't want to be subject to WA resolutions because I want to govern my nation without international laws being forced on my people.

Yay!!! Officially, 17 hours ago, I became a nation citizen of the UAS once again. Damn blackouts though. I hope everything goes back to normal in Texas. First time I saw this much snow *cough* climate change.
