Probably Finland. They have almost a million fighting men in total, and a strategic location away from the centre of chaos. The others could fight it out, then Finland would swoop in to mop up the survivors.

Denmark would pretty much be immortal with Greenland. If they lost their European territory then they could just flee to Greenland and sit there until the chaos has finally settled themselves out. Finland as well, they have a large force so even if Norway and Sweden attack (they'd have to fight against each other so the number of troops attacking Finland is lower) Finland would deal with ease.

The largest struggle would be between Norway and Sweden. Norway has the terrain advantage, while Sweden has the numerical and tactical advantage. I think the Norwegian capital would be relocated and the Swedish would capture some cities and territories in the Norwegian South (possibly including Oslo).

Iceland would chill.

This is very normal. In fact having challenges in faith is important. That is what it means to grow and learn new things. Just remember that the faith always leaves the door open should you temporarily walk away
