In late 2012, early 2013, I was working on creating a fictional world inspired by history and mythology. It's completely fictional, but I don't know how to start. I abandoned the idea, but returned to creating a world and language completely from scratch and without any ideas.

You could start by deciding what sounds you want to use (how your language would sound).
It sounds somewhat like Finnish, but it is pure! It lacks the letters: x, z, v, j, and the sounds: sh, ch, gh, dh, sz.
