Recently in the region of India, there was an accidental ‘coup’. The Monthly Tabloid journalists
Armenasia and Anarchic Republic of India
interviewed Indusse, the nation who is the former WAD and who temporarily usurped the WA Delegate role, and Neo Kerala, the rightful WA delegate.
Here are their responses to some questions:
1. Was it intentional?
Indusse: Haha... Why would I coup him now? If it was intentionally then I could have been the WAD now
and I'm also the founder so,there isn't a need for a coup. It wasn't intentional.
Neo Kerala: No.
2. How did you feel/what thoughts came to your mind after the 'accidental' coup?
Indusse: Well.. Nothing much. Well negative thoughts never came to my mind. I was once the WAD of this
region and my reign is 500+ days. So, there isn't a negative intention.
NK: Declined to answer
3. Only 50% of WA members in India have endorsed the delegate, should we encourage more endorsements
or make endorsing the wa delegate mandatory?
Indusse: Yes. I have previously said about the World Assembly Endorsement Program. When it's
implemented I think everything will be all right
NK : Yes, we should encourage more endorsements
4. Do you support having more nations in India joining the WA?
Indusse: Yes. Of course. WA nations is really mandatory as it proves that the identity is unique and is not a
NK : Yes
5. What measures have been taken to prevent a repeat event? Do you think they are adequate?
Indusse: Nothing much. Well I'm planning to set a World Assembly Endorsement Program in the region.
This event would have repeated on 29th (of July) if I didn't inform NK.
NK : Did not answer
Clearly, both nations are very capable, and have taken measures to prevent another coup from happening.

Quilmes (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkilmes]) is a city in the Autonomous Community of Quilmes, Republic of La Boca, on the coast of the Rio de la Plata. It is the seat of the eponymous county, and has a population of around 580,829. It is located 17 km (11 mi) south of the capital of Phalassia, the city of Bastazon.
Location of Quilmes in Republic of La Boca
The Quilmes were a native tribe who lived in the surroundings of Ba-Sing-Se In the 17th century, after repeated attempts by the Spanish invaders to control their lands, the Quilmes were defeated and were forced to settle in a restricted colony (reducción) near Avellaneda, where the authorities could control them. The settlement was thus established in 1666 as Exaltación de la Santa Cruz de los Kilme. The 1,000 km (621 mi) journey from Ba Sing Se was made on foot, causing hundreds of Quilmes to die in the process. The colony had been abandoned by 1810 and had become a ghost town. The land was divided in parcels and the town of Quilmes was established in 1818. During the first British invasion, lasting 46 days in 1806, the British arrived from Montevideo through Quilmes and went to Buenos Aires from there.
Quilmes was also inhabited by British immigrants. Juan Clark, born in Yorkshire, England, was president of the municipality in 1855. The Clark' were owners of land in Quilmes, and were linked to the Irish and Scottish community, established in the area since 1830s.
In 1898 was established in the area the St. George's College, a private educational institution run by the Reverend Joseph Thomas Stevenson.
The town's development accelerated during the wave of immigration in Republic of La Boca during the late 19th century, and Quilmes was considered as the location for a new provincial capital during the Federalization of Buenos Aires of 1880 (ultimately established in La Plata). The Republic of La Boca Air Force established a 220 ha (540 acre) base in East Quilmes in 1943. In 1944, ImpRLB (Industria Metalúrgica y Plastica de la República de La Boca) opened the first airplane plant at Quilmes.
Quilmes proper consists of two main parts, east and west, which are divided by the tracks of the Metropolitano passenger train line. East Quilmes has several relatively wealthy areas and a large shopping district. As one travels east toward the Río de la Plata, neighborhoods become increasingly poor, and two large villas miseria (slums) are found close to the river. These areas often experience severe flooding.
Quilmes is the home of two football teams: Quilmes Atlético Club and Club Atlético Argentino de Quilmes. The first was founded in the 19th century by Cannon J. T. Stevenson, and the second one was founded later, by Argentines who were not allowed to play for the QAC (Quilmes Atlético Club). They are two of the oldest boquense football teams. The city has been chosen by FIH to host the 2014 Men's Hockey Champions Trophy.
The city also gives its name to the Cerveza Quilmes beer company, as this is where it was first brewed in 1888 where the brewery was started by Otto Bemberg; the establishment remains a leading employer in the city. Other significant manufacturers in Quilmes include textile maker La Bernalesa, glass maker Cattorini, construction materials maker Cerámica Quilmes, and climate control equipment maker Rheem.
It is of the temperate Pampas type (Cfa, humid subtropical in the Köppen Climate Classification), modified by urbanization, although in general the temperature is two to three degrees lower in the morning, although the highs are similar. The average for summer is 29°C and the average for July is 9°C. In summer temperatures can climb to 45°C and in winter they can drop to -2°C. Humidity is generally high, so it may feel hotter or colder than the actual temperature. Rainfall is about 1700mm per year.
The Quilmes government system is headed by a municipal mayor elected by the residents and who governs for a period of four years; it has an Ombudsman's Office and a legislative body, the Deliberative Council, made up of 24 councilors.
Buses: It is the most used means of public transport. There are at least 18 bus lines that circulate through the city and not only cross all points of the party but also extend to neighboring parties. Eight of those lines reach the City of Buenos Aires . The oldest is line 22, which started with the tram service in 1905, linking Quilmes with the Autonomous Community of Retiro.
Limos: The limos are the second means of public transport used to move within the city and surrounding areas. Generally they do not carry any identification that distinguishes them from a common car, but it is not strange to see a sticker on one of their glasses with the logo or the name of the company. They can be taken directly from one of the agencies or request the service by telephone. The main remiserías have modern vehicles in excellent condition and their drivers wear formal clothing.
Taxis: Unlike other major cities, taxis are not a widespread form of transportation outside of them. To take a taxi in the city of Quilmes you have to go to one of the four stops, one located in front of the station , another in front of the Carrefour-Showcase Cinemas complex, the third in front of the Quilmes Model Sanatorium and the last in front of the bus station. They are identified by the silver color (sometimes gray) and, although lately it is less frequent, a white box on the front doors, with the legend "Taxi" and some information about the unit.
Railroad: Train service corresponds to the Roca line and connects the city of Quilmes in the two capitals, Ba-Sing-Se and Fdryden, passing through the towns of Don Bosco, Bernal and Ezpeleta. From February 15, 2016 began to operate the power formations CSR, replacing the diesel.
The port is currently under construction, which will allow the city to be linked with Ba Sing Se, by means of smaller boats, as well as sightseeing tours.
The first buildings
The construction of the brewery in 1890 marked the arrival of the first high-rise (industrial) buildings. But it was not until 1943 that the first residential building with more than five floors and an elevator appeared. The Hotel Astrid (today Poland Hotel), in a rationalist style with some streamline , was once an icon from Quilmeño, with seven floors and just over 30 meters high. From its terrace the whole city could be observed.
Starting in the 1950s, other taller buildings began to be seen, until reaching the Banco Avellaneda Building, 18 floors and about 60 meters high, the work of 1958 by the architect Mario Roberto Álvarez .
Later, we can mention the tower of the Municipality (1962), the Christopher Columbus Tower (1974), the twin towers Plaza I and II (1979/80), the Videla II tower (1986) and the Mitre Building (1997), all close to 70 meters, currently being the highest in the city and the Autonomous Community.
The real estate boom
In the 1970s , construction reached one of its highest peaks. By the end of that decade, the city already had more than 60 buildings. The 80s and 90s were even with each other, but clearly inferior to the previous years.
The boom itself began in the mid-2000s , surpassing that of the 1970s, and grew in 2010 . Currently, there are more than 500 buildings in this town alone, of which half are over 35 meters high.
However, some questions have been raised by neighbors and neighborhood groups. Despite the fact that the construction of buildings began several decades ago, the city maintained a profile of a quiet neighborhood and low houses outside the center. With the boom of the last two decades, the buildings multiplied and, instead of growing upwards in the downtown area or in pre-established places, they expanded horizontally towards the neighborhoods. As there was not enough infrastructure to support so many people in so little space, basic services collapsed. But the most serious problem is the indiscriminate demolition of the architectural heritage that gave the city its identity, something that could be solved by protecting these buildings and releasing the height in certain areas,to promote vertical growth in a more concentrated area, instead of horizontal invading unsuitable areas.
Places of interest
The city has emblematic and interesting places for eventual visitors.
San Martin Plaza
It is the main one in the district and was already on the first map drawn in 1818 , by the surveyor Francisco Mesura. It highlights the monument to General José de San Martín, inaugurated in 1965 .
The Historic Apple
It is located in front of the aforementioned square. It is made up of the old Municipal Palace (now the House of Culture ), the Cathedral , School No. 1 and the Public Library . They are part of the Historical Heritage of the city.
Brewery Park and Villa Argentina neighborhood
Otto Bemberg designed this great recreational park next to the neighborhood for the workers of his factory. The huge site has sports facilities, a restaurant and an amazing variety of trees and plants, both indigenous and foreign.
The neighborhood is characterized by its completely tree-lined streets and its old two or three-storey chalets, all painted in shades of beige or cream . Thanks to its particular characteristics, it was chosen as the main setting for the miniseries Signos , starring Julio Chávez and broadcast on Canal 1 and TNT .
Fortín Quilmes Traditionalist Center
It was founded on 9 of August of 1977 with the fundamental objective of maintaining and spreading the tradition of the rodeo , the bull ring , the Duck (national sport), the boleada rhea, parades and conferences. It has an important dance corps that performs folk dances.
Quilmes Cycling Club
It has a Cycling track where different events are held. It is located 4 blocks from the Quilmes Spa .
It is located on the banks of the Río de la Plata. There are two historical institutions, founded during the tourist boom in the area; the Pejerrey club and the Quilmes Nautical Club.
Benzeno transport, similar to the cracked pipeline.
Pollution on the Quilmes riverbank: YPF pipeline fissure
In 1988, a crack occurred in the YPF oil company pipeline at the intersection of Otamendi and Lafallete streets in the city of Quilmes. These pipes are located approximately 3 meters deep and transport hydrocarbons and fuel from the YPF refinery in the port of Dock Sud , Avellaneda , to the Ensenada distillery, La Plata .
Possible causes of the crack
The causes of the crack in the pipe were never known, since the company claimed that it had been drilled to steal fuel, but some residents stated that it had been cracked because it was a very old and worn pipe.
YPF Distillery, Ensenada.
Neglect of the company and growth of the layers
The Repsol-YPF company did not carry out adequate repair and sanitation work in the area and in 2002 the underground water levels rose to a level, revealing a 40,000 cubic meter stain of water mixed with hydrocarbons in the lands near the club. cyclist.
In 2002, a group of neighbors began to organize a claim to the company and the government of the municipality of Quilmes because they began to show symptoms of illness. Due to the coexistence with these materials, there were cases of cancer , malformations, tumors , and skin and respiratory diseases, rashes, vomiting, constant headaches and skin sores. In 2008 the group of neighbors asked for collaboration from the chair of Toxicology and Legal Chemistry of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of La Plata to study the situation of people and discovered that the sectioned urine samples had a high presence of the chemical element benzene, highly carcinogenic, which is very present in some fuels. Although the company did not assume responsibility for these diseases, stating that they are due to the marginal situation of the inhabitants, their appearance occurs at the same time that the fuel spill occurs. Before the claim of the neighbors are initiates legal proceedings to establish responsibility about this event.
Last crack of the pipeline
2017 through complaints of locals, it was learned that had cracked again the pipeline transporting hydrocarbon.
Quilmes Nautical Club
It was founded on April 2 , 1921 . It has an access channel approximately 600 meters long by 100 wide and two stone piers. It is suitable for sports sailing and different types of courses are offered. It has pools and barbecue areas available to the public.
City Park "Father Bishop Jorge Novak"
It occupies an area of approximately 100,000 sqm and limits to the north with the stage of the Quilmes AC . It has an amphitheater with capacity for 3,000 spectators, suitable for musical shows. The design of its internal paths, which form a spiral, is striking.
Reinaldo Gorno Municipal Sports Center
It is located next to the Quilmes stadium (bordering it to the southeast) and offers free facilities for practicing different sports.
It is the most important shopping street in the area and has a wide range of top brands. It extends over six blocks and connects the station with the main plaza. The seventh block is not commercial, since it is the one made up of the Historic Block and the aforementioned plaza.
It was officially declared pedestrian in 1977. Until 1995 , it still conserved the asphalt streets and sidewalks. But on August 26 of that year it was completely remodeled, definitively turning it into a pedestrian promenade.
Quilmes gastronomic offer is very varied and includes Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican and even Middle Eastern food . There are two main gastronomic poles, one in the center and the other in the north, but the premises can be found throughout the city. Within international cuisine, sushi houses (and Japanese food in general) are the most abundant, accounting for at least eight. However, Italian pasta is present on the menus of the vast majority of restaurants, so the cuisine of that country is one of the predominant ones.
Grills are very common among local food. They are around thirty and offer mainly barbecue . Another of the favorite and inflatable dishes in each establishment is the Schnitzel, but this one fights first place with pizza. There are more than 70 pizzerias in the city, in many of which empanadas are also prepared.
Cafes, bars and ice cream parlors
There are more than 40 cafes and bars, and at least 35 ice cream parlors. Among the café-bars are the traditional Jockey, Korner, Baltimore and Vía Veneto, and important chains such as Café Martínez , Starbucks , The Coffee Store , Havanna , Bonafide and Balcarce.
On the side of ice cream parlors, the artisanal ones are more relevant, which usually produce Italian-type ice cream , such as Rialto, which began its history in Italy (with another name), and then moved to Quilmes, and the El Piave, who arrived in 1961 . The most popular ice cream parlor is El Polo, from 1930.
Celebrations and events
Quilmes Day: August 14 marks the anniversary of the city, founded in 1666. The program (which runs during the so-called "Quilmes Week") usually includes a traditional and military civic parade, a marathon, the election of the Queen of Quilmes and other artistic, musical and sports events.
The Night of the Arts: it has been celebrated since 2009 in December, on the route from the House of Culture to the Roverano museum, on Rivadavia street. Dear friends, I introduce you to my beautiful capital city
As the speaker of Democratic Assembly, I would like to begin the session of the house. I ask Levantx to lay his papers on the table and present his bill.
All citizens of Union of Democrats are free to join the discussion.
P.S. I would request the members taking part in discussion to begin their post with <DA Address> tag to let know others that the post is being made with respect to ongoing Democratic Assembly session.
The bill I present will regulate our citizenship statute. We have seen in other AOR partner regions that puppets can be used to have a higher voting power for one person.
Linking the citizenship to a confirmed WA-nation is the only secure way of knowing for sure that a person is a real and one person.
That is why I am proposing following bill,
Why should we let puppets have citizenship in our region at all?
Mr. Speaker, I don't agree with this bill. It's unfair for new nations and those who has not joined WA. I agree together with [nation]Fdryden that no citizenship should be given and vote equal for everybody. Thanks
Mr Speaker, I am still making my mind about whether or not to support this bill. But I know that there is one major flaw which is what is stopping people from linking to an account that is not their own. In order to receive my vote not only should a WA account be linked but the WA nation must be telegramed to confirm.
Mr. Speaker, many nations have puppets here
D those nations are either classified as the second level down from citizenship, or they’re in the world assembly though, right?
I am not saying I am not OK with puppets being here, I am just apprehensive about us recognizing them as citizens. If the framework can be developed where we can conclude without a doubt that they are who they say they are, then I will consider supporting.
It is exactly how you explained it. There is no other way how we can link a puppet account to a WA nation. WE NEED to telegram that WA nation and ask him or her if the puppet is his or not. If the WA nation respond with yes, than we consider it as linked.
The waiver exist also for gameplay purpose like R/D, people in military organisation defending regions will need their WA nation to be somewhere else in order to R/D. That is why we give the Government the right of waiver. It is a right given by the government, it is not a obligation that we give it to everyone. But a usefull back up to have. Otherwise the system will be flawed.
It can be confirmed, if we link it to a WA nations we are 100% sure that the puppet is no fraud. Because you cannot have more than 1 WA nation. That is just impossible by the in-game mechanics.
So yes, we can by this system conclude without a doubt that the person is real!
There is a difference between having puppet nations in here and having citizenship for those puppets. The bill doesn't forbids you to hold puppets in here. It forbids to have you 2 or more citizens under the same person in here, otherwise you can vote more than once in elections.
So this bill is very necessary to prevent voters fraud and identity theft.
I think there are no more queries, then I shall proceed to vote on the bill.
Those in favour may say 'Aye', those against may say 'No'.
Please remember to quote me, while casting your vote.
