But, when reaching upon the Reichstag it seemed about two dozen or so reporters and journalists were hoping to take a picture or some words off the foreign leader for their own benefit.

"We shall take an alternative entrance, unless you desire otherwise." She informed the Queen, then knocked twice against the driver's window who begun directioning the vehicle.

Sasha really wasn't happy with having to use such formalities. She found them to be tedious. Especially when she was speaking to someone of a comparable rank to her in a private setting where formalities weren't really necessary.

"Very well, I will use honorifics for the time being. I suppose he'll have to do the same as well. So tedious."

When she saw the journalists all clamored by the front gate, she was slightly irritated, but she was used to it. Being asked questions was nothing new to her.

"No, it's fine. If this is the fastest way, I don't mind the crowd. Besides, there's not much they can ask me that will be too annoying. I can answer a question or two, then be on my way."

"Every species has only one thing on its mind. Survival. Therefore, any perceived threat to the species is immediately targeted and destroyed. So such conflicts are inevitable. We can try and postpone them, but I believe the the humans' and Inklings' innate desire to unquestionably be the number one species will eventually cause a conflict again."

When Surume mentioned Eva, Sasha paused a bit, but nodded.

"Eva and I were both raised from birth to be leaders of our countries, so we are already used to the immense pressure that comes with it. But yes, Eva definitely helps me when I'm at my lowest, and I return the favor for her. That's what it means to be married, after all."

She was observant enough to see that Surume had become sad. Or rather, she was probably sad the whole time deep down and was hiding it. Since she was actually quite a caring person, she wanted to ask what issue Surume was having, but stopped herself, reminding herself that her purpose in being there was not to be too friendly.

"No, no. It's fine. I cannot use your crippled emotional state as a reason for our relations to become sour. Though I suggest you have a vacation if you're feeling so down on yourself. Anyway, like I said, I am more than happy to be making more money, so I am open to most forms of trade. As for a cultural exchange program, I do suppose that can be arranged. Russia and Overlordia are currently conducting a similar experiment, though on a smaller scale. We can probably handle building a town or city just for Inklings and Octolings somewhere in Russia. So long as they can survive the winter of course. As for a city built in Inkopolitia, I suppose you can handle the planning of such a city here. And how many people do you propose should be involved in this exchange?"

"While it is a very big possibility that's the case, I'll do everything in my power to make that NOT be the case. When I inevitably abdicate, because I will abdicate, i'll probably create a philanthropist organization to fight inequality across this planet."

The city would have around 10,000 people in it, about a quarter of Newthunder's population. The Inkceph city in Russia, i'd call it something like... you know what, I don't know. Probably Neo Inkopolitia, to follow the trend, as well?"

Surume's tone changed as her brain started undergoing some changes. "This is something i've thought about for the past decade.... you know, ever since the thing of Aerth 2 happened, i've... never been the same. The thing that one of Diana's lackeys put on me really messed my brains up." Surume sighed, but this was interrupted by a very fast headache that felt like a bullet directly at her head. She grabbed the mantle that was covering the table with a very strong grip. Her tentacle hair seemed to spontaneously change color to a turquoise/green-like color that resembled a sanitizer's color. Her eyes changed as well; Her pupils had this very same sanitizer color, while her iris changed to a very dark green with neon blue streaks around it.

This effect lasted for a few seconds, and Surume seemed to be in extreme pain. Once the effect was finished, Surume's tentacle hair turned back into her normal, signature green, and her eyes also turned back to normal. "I'm... very sorry for what you have just seen. Yes, it's still a lasting symptom from 'that' experience back in 'that' place. I don't know why, but everytime I remember myself being in the same room where I got brainwashed, this happens. I've put it under control, but sometimes... it just happens."

So basically The Scandinavian East Indies lmao, and btw; I formed Scandinavia later on. Ask arround, I made a fvcking massive Empire with the Thrawn-Windsor/Windsor-Thrawn House of Scandinavia, frikking massive Colonies mate xD

But then decolonization happened and I moved back to Germany and took 'em with me.
