After the unexpectedly yet understandable time spent waiting for the Russian Agenda to be cleaner as well as the German one after the Bavarian Revolt and tensions at the Eastern Borders of the Empire, the time had finally arrived for the Queen of Russia to come to Germania in the Berlin Sector of all, supricing many at her picking the current megapolis instead of a city more close to the eastern side of Germany.

Berlin Sector

Past the Security Wall sorrounding the Berlin Sector, laid the most famous and ancient part of all the Megapolis of Germania: Old Berlin, perhaps smaller than before but incredibly magnificent in its architecture and art painted across the sector throughout as statues, buildings, fountains and more. Once redesigned, once rebuilt by two people related, now laid out the great buildings such as the Volkshalle, Reichstag, High Command Palace, ReichTech Tower and The Imperial Palace high in pride and activity inside.

But today, the streets seemed clearer, few were outside bedies the guards and security of the city patrolling arround as well as some helicopters flying arround on that nearly afternoon grey day, wet and windless. No marches were being made, no people were in the Victory Square nor in any park, few were the cars that went arround nearly soundless.

The International Airport, mainly used by Thrawn Officials or some International friends of Germany wich were still rarely seen in the Berlin Sector of all, was a confortable yet magnificently built Airport centered arround the same type of architecture based from the one in the Volkshalle with a modern hint.

A Russian Flags flew below the German ones in the Airport, she was told to land on a special sector where security seemed to be at an all time's high for the Queen, most likely.

The Imperial State Security Agency
Also known as ISSA, second to the Imperial Guard and above the Special Korps, would be there to asure that the Queen arrived safely. Lined up, about a hundred and twenty if not more were standing in key positions or in respective lines before the carpet placed for the Queen.

A seemingly iron crossed old woman of seemingly rank of Sector-Police Chief would come with an umbrella with the company of another four guards, these being of the Imperial Guard. It would've been informed earlier that the chief would accompany the Queen to the meeting place, at the Volkshalle.

(I can't remember at all. Just pick whoever is a person with the authority to speak with her.)

Once the jet had taxied to the predesignated location, its doors opened, letting the Russian Queen step outside. She took a moment to get used to the light and observe the lines of soldiers that had been arranged for her safety. She had grown to disliked having guards over the past few years since she didn't need them anymore, but she did appreciate the gesture. It made her trip less of a drag.

Still, she did not have very good memories related to Berlin. Most of what she actually remembered was making the decision on whether to bomb it or not. She was quite glad she chose not to since she quite liked the architecture.

Once she was ready, she walked down the stairs of the jet and to the woman who came to see her. Though she was much much taller than those around her, she still bowed towards her before standing up to her full height again. Since she was in Berlin, she spoke in fluent German, with there being no Russian accent in her voice at all.

"Thank you for welcoming me to Berlin. I look forward to coming to an agreement with the country's leaders. Hopefully the process doesn't take too long."

also i wanna say that last-few-months-me wasnt the best person

i mean im still not the best person by a long shot but i was waaaay worse then

all territory is to remain the same before i left, and my politics remain the same

A new Inkopolitian Golden Age

After around 5 years of the Queendom of Inkopolitia announcing the country's isolationism when it came to diplomatic affairs, the country, following a 380 - 120 vote in Congress and a 45 - 5 vote in the Senate. Even with Inkopolitia maintaining it's economic growth during the Isolation Era and Surume's approval rates still hovering around 90%, the country has decided that installing diplomatic relations with other nations is still the best course of action if Inkopolitia wants to adapt to the modern world and not be left behind as a relic of an outdated system.

Following this vote, the Inkopolitian Minister of Internal & External Affairs got to work, composing this letter to the Russian Empire:

TO: Her Majesty Sasha Evangeline Natalia Khabarov

Greetings, Her Majesty.

This is an official Message of the Minister of Internal & External Affairs of the Queendom of Inkopolitia, in service of Queen Surume I of the Queendom of Inkopolitia, Grand Duchess and Protector of the Nation and Her Lands.

The last decade has been tumoltuous for the Queendom of Inkopolitia, to say the least. The core tennant of Inkopolitia in the world stage is peace, peace that has sadly been interferred with by multiple events that have forced the Queendom into action, whether this action may be benefitial or not is up to personal consideration of yours truly. However, the Minister of Internal & External Affairs of Inkopolitia, along with Her Inkopolitian Majesty herself, Surume Ceph, knowing that this actions worked in the detriment of the country.

On other note, the Nation is open to a diplomatic meeting with Overlordia to discuss economic treaties that will benefit both of our countries.
