Epicly Amazing Giraffes has declared a civil because Of the Golden Harp refused to give him two government positions.
NEWS: the two sides are gathering allies and mobilizing troops, EAG is desperately looking for allies and Of the Golden Harp has found allies beyond the region, the first shot has not yet been fired.
1435 CST DEC 11 2024: Of the Golden Harp and Epicly Amazing Giraffes could not come to an agreement, the situation is grim, shots are destined to be fired tomorrow. EAG has sided with GAMBLINGGGG while Of the Golden Harp has sided with Notcommunist2and colonies, Bearizium and colonies, Sernet, Port of Sernet, Wentzvilleand, Woodsmere.

the Golden Harp is negotiating a peace deal with Gamblingggg, and the Golden Harp has mobilized the entire military and is waiting to attack. Breaking News: the peace deal has gone through with Gamblingggg. Gamblingggg will be the Internal Minister and move above EAG in the hierarchy and will gain the elephental peninsula and port. In exchange Gamblingggg will withdraw from the war.

The ceasefire continues, tensions are still high but both sides seem to welcome the peace. EAG still is in talks about the treaty with his advisor GAMBLINGGGG, but he seems to like the treaty. bomb shelters and raid sirens are being built in the Golden Harp along with gas masks being distributed among the citizens. The Golden Harpian soldiers have set up camps but are still preparing for war. The Golden Harp dislikes article three of the treaty, but concessions must be made to keep the peace.

Two terrorist organizations, the infamous Rj805serian Terrorists Of Hysteria (RTOH) and the newly-formed Cartel Terrorists Of Rj805sere (CTOR), have escalated their attacks on civilian vessels. Their targets include not only ships from nations Rj805sere has diplomatic ties with but also vessels affiliated with prominent left-wing factions, further deepening internal political divides.
The re-emergence of terrorism comes amidst growing tensions in the Rj805serian parliament, where the rise of the KPA (Kommunistische Partei achthundertfünf) has angered conservative factions like the RCP (Rj805serian Conservative Party) and the SPA (Socialist Party Alliance). Both parties have expressed outrage at the shift in parliamentary power, fueling speculation about their potential links to the terrorists’ activities. Accusations have surfaced, suggesting that the RCP may tacitly support these groups as a means of undermining the KPA’s influence. I will try to explain the region and the role-play.
UCP is a confederation of sovereign systems/star domains that are subject to some overall and central legislation. Something between the European Union and a country like the USA.
The headquarters are located on planet Histarctica. Here the government and the senate and other confederate authorities are housed.
As a registered member of the confederation, you as a system get the opportunity to participate in, for example, legislation, government positions, committees and participation in the role-play in general.
Each system/nation is represented by five senators in the confederate senate. How you vote with the five is up to you. This is to create ground for more creativity and role-playing.
For example, I always vote the same with all five senators as I am an absolute monarchy, while others choose to vote differently and perhaps more democratic.
The role-play in the region is as much about creating new legislation, trade and generally just creating stories from your nation - as it is about waging war. In fact, I'm a bit of an advocate that we don't expand too quickly into a myriad of star systems, but that we also remember to role-play in the systems we are already connected to.
My best advice is that you and the rest of you go on and read some of the many different dispatches that are available via the region's front page - e.g. constitution, government, etc.
There is plenty of help available. And if not, ask us.
