the only compromise im willing to take is that a monarchy will be made. but they will only have limited power over the state to avoid the faults of absolute monarchies.

NE uses a special Prime system where the smartest bois would be trained and covered by the government to grow up to become the Prime (King).

it doesnt have any blood relation, but its more of the brains.

however, the hybrid comes where democracy is taken place with people voting for MPs. the King will be an advisor to the Prime Minister, as the King will serve as the Head of State
