I suggest three portions of government. One being the royal family, with Nouvelle-quebec as head of it. Then, the Grand council, headed by Cannula and members of the old government, who will in a general sense have the final say on policy positions, and get to elect the "Prime Minister/President/What ever you want to call it" from outside their branch. Finally, the third portion will be the Commons Parliament, where members are democratically elected, and represent the people of Westfalen Westphalia. The details can be sorted out later into an official document, but I believe that this mdel of government will allow for more interaction, roleplaying, and exciting governmental politics (and discourse).

For now, all officers are going to have the same Powers. As we get settled, this will change as to prevent anyone from stepping on each other’s toes (overstepping their jurisdiction).
I agree with the proposed plan above, the cabinet should be appointed by the elected WA delegate, which will be an elected position.
This legislative body will act as to balance the power of the executive, however, seeing how insignificant we are in terms of size at the moment, the legislative body will have to wait to be established until we hit a significant size.

I was there, in the last battle to take Old Westfalia, as we lodged our petitions. I saw my brothers wince with paper cuts, and rub their backs, sore from sitting at the conference table, before, one by one, they were banned, forced to go to another comfy sort of region, to heal their wounds with Pina colada drinks. Oh, the trauma!
