Bill of Rights

1.All persons are guaranteed equal protection under the law.
2 No person may be subject to inquisition into their private affairs without reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing.
3. No person may be charged with a crime that was not a crime at the time of the action’s occurrance.
4. No person may have charges filed against them in secret or without their knowledge.
4a There shall be no extraditions of anyone.
5. All persons have the right to a timely and fair trial.
6. No person may be deprived of representation at trial.
7. No person may be compelled to bear witness against themselves.
8. All citizens will be guaranteed the right to hold and exercise their beliefs.
8. All citizens will be guaranteed the right to share opinions and urge action.
10.All citizens are guaranteed the freedom to associate with others.
11.All citizens are guaranteed the right to run for office and participate in any election.
12. All forms of censorship are absolutely forbidden under all circumstances and for all reasons, be it secret or open, private or public, sanctioned by the state or unofficial.
13. There shall be no wiretapping of internet communications or any kinds of traffic monitoring against any persons residing on the territory of Aderrama, and no court order shall be made to compel any internet service provider or communications carrier, private or public telephone company to do so under threat or for financial gain, for and by the government of Aderrama, nor against any foreign citizens currently on the territory of Aderrama.
14. No foreign power's wiretapping court orders shall be fullfiled aganist foreign persons or citizens of Aderrama under any circumstances by the government of Aderrama, nor shall any ISP,phone company,common carrier of information provider of any kind, public or private, be compelled to do so under any circumstances on behalf of foreign power.
15. Government of Aderrama guarantees unfiltered, open,equal under all conditions, and free of charge access to the internet to all citizens of Aderrama and all foreign persons currently residing therein. Minimum guaranteed internet bandwith shall be no less than 30 mbps at all times.
16. Government of Aderrama guarantees highest quality of healthcare to all its citizens. There shall be no privileged, higher-level healthcare service for those with greater income under any circumstances.
17. Government of Aderrama guarantees free and open highest quality education for all citizens. There shall be no scholarships, privileged schooling for the elite, everyone shall have the same elite level of education from preschool to college degree.
18. There shall be no religious schools in Aderrama. it is forbidden for religious organizations to establish educational facilities of any kind, under any circumstances for any reason.
19. There shall be no military chaplain service in Aderrama, government shall not favourize any religion over another, nor shall religious ministers be allowed to enter millitary premises.
20. There shall be no official religion in Aderrama. No public servant, government official, military serviceman and other government employees shall - under crime of high treason - take part in any religious occasion under official capacity on behalf of government of Aderrama.
20. There shall be maintained strictest separation of religions and the State. No priest or former priest or minister of any religion shall - under crime of high treason - be allowed to hold any political office or military duty. No public official and public servant shall - under crime of high treason - seek advice, suggestion or take orders, direct or indirect, about matters of state from any priest or minister of any religion.
21. There shall be no TV,radio, newspapers or publishing company held by any religious organization in Aderrama.
22. There shall be no tax exemption for religious organizations in Aderrama.
23. There shall be no financial grants given by the governement or private person to religious organizations.
24. There shall be no unnecessary identity checks by the police.
25. There shall be no millitary policing on the territory of Aderrama, nor any millitary actions against civilian persons on her territory.
26. There shall be no marshall law and millitary rule in Aderrama. Even in times of gravest danger for Aderrama civil liberties outlined in this Bill of rights must be firmly upheld to the letter and above any and all laws, rules and regulations now in effect or to be enacted in the future.
27. No law shall be enacted that is in conflict with this Bill of Rights.
28. Supreme Court of Aderrama shall have no power to restrictively interpret right herein written. It must interpet these rights and liberties in literal manner under any and all circumstances shall there be any disputes.
29. These rights and liberties are unchangeable, inherent by birth and not granted by anyone so there shall be no limitations whatsoever set on them, and no laws be in contravention to them.
30. Rights and liberties herein enshined are pepetual, natural, above reach of human rule and any ruling power and this Bill of Rights cannot be abolished, modified,restricted in parts or in whole by anyone be it King, Lords, Parliament as this is foundation of Aderrama.

Amendment I

All citizens of Aderrama and any foreign persons currently being or permanently residing shall have a competent, adequate and free of charge legal representation on court of law. There shall be an impartial, competent in the matters of law trial by Jury of citizens proven under strict pre-trial test to ne neutral, unbiased, personally unrelated to the case to the greatest extent possible.

Amendement II

The lowest guaranteed internet speed in Aderrama shall be no less than 1 TB at all times.

Amendement III

Freedom of expression, of association, participation in governing Aderrama in universal and absolute. All citizens of Aderrama have right by birth to be elected by their peers in free and open elections into governing positions of Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of this nation government.

Amendement IV

Judges shall hold their office for maximum of 2(two) years, the Supreme Judges for 3(three) years; lower magistrates for 6(six) months to ensure rotation, maintain impartiality and fairness of court proceedings. All judges and magistrates shall upon takin the office take a public oath signed by them thenupon and be potentially liable for crime of High Treason if any complain is petitioned against them, and if proven guilty they shall be permanently dismissed in disgrace and barred from holding any offices in the future.

Amendement V

All court procedings shall last to the maximum of 1(one) month. There shall be no death penalty nor prison sentences.Those proven guilty shall pay the fines, murderers and worst offenders shall be exiled.
