Winner of the very first monthly Delegate's Medal!

Sadly, original tags were lost in the dusts of time..

Astrosis: I believe fully in the capabilities of El Fiji Grande and his ticket. His infectious enthusiasm, diplomatic acumen, and finesse in matters of recruitment are unrivaled. You have my full support and confidence in your bid.

Celibrae: Anyway, thanks again for the response. You're the best delegate, Fiji, and more importantly, the most decent, agreeable and understanding person on NationStates.

Timberwolves: In retrospect, it may not have sounded very encouraging, but let me clarify.

I can't think of anyone in the INWU I'd trust more to recruit. You combine the level head with the knowledge of the happenings within the INWU.

In any case, good luck and best of wishes recruiting to the INWU.

Atlantica: Fiji, you should consider yourself the INWU's primary political media by now.

New educandi: Fiji, you're truly a [single] angle among men.

Raventsvo: Damn fiji was a good WAD

Atlantica: Fiji, thanks for your respect in my decision. I might still come back occasionally, but it's certain that I'm never going to keep up at the same form. So I do come back, but at a different form.

I agree that our time in SP was quite awesome; like you said, I'm not sure if the INWU is on par with it (although I made great progresses here, such as IIWiki). I believe that you should be the one thanked for the tales behind the success of Strategos Prime and the INWU; WAD or not, you are our true Éminence grise at any point, my friend.

Good luck in California. Keep it up with the strength to press on, Lord Fiji.

In tribute to Fiji Almighty,
Atlantica

Gatito: Fiji, you and GROSS are the two NS users that I have come to respect the most. Just like I'll always refer to GROSS as GROSS, you'll always be a god to me.

Xin prussia: Your thanks are deeply appreciated. This region would not have been possible without you, I do feel guilty for not helping out more but you had an amazing ability to manage everything, and you succeeded in many areas where I would have failed. I wish you best of luck in all your future endeavors, and please do stop by every now and then! It's been quite a long time since we first met in the INU, has it not? Time sure flies by

Gatito: Before El Fiji Grande leaves, I'd just like to say that I am very thankful for all of the help that he provided for the region.
Back when the idea of a three-way merger (technically four if you count the ISU), I was rather opposed to the proposition, as I didn't see why the IWU should be on the same level as the INU and a region that I had only heard mentioned a few times before. Looking back, I'm glad that I went along with it as I got the chance to meet so many different people that I came to know as friends, Fiji included.
Fiji is probably one of, if not the, best delegates that I've ever served under in my almost three years of NationStates. His patience, dedication, and determination for the well being of the region is unmatched by anyone I've seen before. I have so much gratitude for his actions that I will ensure that his legacy is lived on until it is my turn to leave NationStates (I seriously can't imagine myself leaving this game, but I still have yet to taste high school, so that might be subject to change). .

New educandi: Hey Fiji.
Thank you for attempting again and again to get the INU to re-merge. After only a day, I have found that it was the right choice. After only a day, I feel a thousands times more alive. Hopefully the others will follow.

Thank you a thousand times!

Mallaska: Aye, thanks mate. The map was what got me interested in the regional affairs, and now I'm not looking back.

New educandi: Thank you Fiji. What you said earlier moved me, and I thank you for sending it. You have gained a faithful follower from here on out.

Hijjma: I can't stay long but I would like to thank Fiji for all his constributions. I don't always agree with you Fiji but I would follow into hell and back.

Hijjma: ;)
Everyone loves Fiji

Estradia: first off, I don't remember you causing the split. That was their choice, a bad one at that. Secondly I'm confident that you are going to win, You've really brang this region together after the split. Thirdly, what you've done is more than what a delegate is ever needed to do. You took charge and put this region back on it's feet. I think that as big as a precedent as they'll ever be.

New educandi: Thank you Fiji. This is why you lead the INWU.

Cheers! Happy end of December holidays!

Xin prussia: I agree with Fiji in that a lot of this has been overblown, but I am of the opinion that some of the more vitriolic behavior should stop. A compromise can be reached, we don't have to have a prude, no fun allowed board but if some of the language is making people uncomfortable, I'd like to ask everyone to take that in mind before making senseless comments.

While I do agree with some of what GROSS has said, specifically about inactivity...I don't think we can blame anyone or anything in general for this. These things simply happen and everyone needs to put in more effort to pick up the slack. Fiji has been working extremely hard in this regard and has really put a lot of us to shame.

I want to make an appeal. If you see something on the RMB you dislike, please please telegram me about it and I promise I will check it out for you. You don't need to bother Fiji with this. He's busy enough trying to get five different things going for the region as it is.

~Xin

Xin prussia: He's absolutely right, regardless of where you come from or where you serve; you're a bloody integral part of our community, and you've been there since near the very start. You're one of us, and you're free to do what any of us could.

Hockessin: The only way I would go through with this is if you are the founder. You are one of the few good leaders on Nationstates.

Divadland: Honestly, you’ve been the best leader the INWU has ever had.

Sasten: In this day and age, where people are more and more entrenched in their ideals, very few have the ability to look at an argument, weigh the facts, and change their views because they now see things in a different light. While it's sad that it needs to be said, I have to say that I have an immense amount of respect for you to do that.

Wonderess: Wow. I love the move of the person to be a servant of others and forgetting the selfish desires that can plague a person in leadership roles. I think your very effort in making the document is a personal example of that dedication. You would make an excellent delegate because of your genuineness and your dedication to goodness which I cannot say is the main interest of every if not most delegates.
