Communication Breaker Gun

It is a Huge Weapon, that can be carried in most of the DEROUTS, but not in most of the ships, which can be used in closed Territories, which is able to break all the Communications between this territory and the outside world, more cutting down it's all Internet Connection and Eletricity.

It can only be used in Nations/Territories which have been already completely blocked off from the rest of the world by a Blockade/Seige, and with a lesser SA than Haivon.
