Amendment to the activity bill.

Preamble
Noting that the activity bill failed to generate more regional activity. Knowing that its failure is a product of not giving citizens a motive to generate activity only giving the minister of culture the power to do so. This bill shall hereby amend the activity bill giving the minister of culture more powers and the citizens more incentive for regional activity.
Article I. Challenges
A.
As stated before the activity failed to solve the problem of there being little to do in the union.Knowing this the minister of culture shall be given the power and responsibility to create daily challenges for the members of the union.These daily challenges may be any thing legally allowed the minister of culture wishes.
Article II. Experience
A.
To encourage participation in regional challenges the minister of culture may offer exp for completion of the challenge. The maximum amount of exp the minister of culture may give is 40.
B.
All member states exp will be managed in a fact book made by the minister of culture.It shall follow the following format. Nation name: Exp: Level: Rewards:
.Member states level will be decided by dividing the exp the member state has by 10 then rounding it down.
C.
Member states may be given rewards for reaching a certain level. The rewards will be decided by the minister of cultures and will be at the end of the exp fact book. Rewards a member state has will be listed next to the reward section of a member states stats. Rewards may not give nations political power and any reward must be removed if the prime minister or crown requests it to.
D.
Exp may be given to any member state for other reasons by the minister of culture with the approval of the crown or prime minister
E
The minister of culture may instead of requesting to give individual nations exp they may ask ether the crown or prime minister to be allowed to give exp without asking for a specific reason.These requests only last one minister of culture term and must be re requested afterwards. The prime minister or crown may take away the ability to do so if they see it as necessary.
