We are basically creating stories together about international politics and other stuff based on our nations. Start by coming up with the basics of what your nation is like (a poverty-stricken empire, a democracy stilling dealing with the effects of a horrific civil war, a nation based on a real-life nation, etc.), and then jump into what other nations are doing, or start your own story and other nations will join in.
