Due to recent events within Africa, the State of Katanga has announced the reconstitution of Alcora Exercise, an alliance of countries that believe in minimal governmental interference in the economy and that express trust in invisible hand of the free market. Alcora Exercise seeks to overthrow every socialist government in Africa and to expunge ignorance, poverty, and racial hatred from the world. Any country with similar goals is invited to join, regardless of fiduciary means or military capability.

The long-standing socialist alliance throughout Africa has significant military strength and almost completely surrounds Katanga vristaadt and Free boers. Shortly after the Boer Bush War, Alcora Exercise came together for mutual self-defense against these socialists, forming what became known as the Alcora Excercise. Later, Somaililand, Cisplatinaa, and Benghazii joined. The final member of the alliance, to date, is Awell islands.

While these states have informal military obligations to each other in times of military crises, offensive or defensive, they also support each other economically and culturally. For example, a Trans-Duits Railroad is being extended across the African continent to facilitate trade between these economically close nations.

The Exercise is committed to neutralizing threats to any nations of the alliance before they become potent enough to threaten the existence, stability, or prosperity of a member nation and to contain socialism and socialist expansion in any form.

After filling the form as instructed, send them to the host Kirinyagaa through Telegrams or DM them in discord in their ID, Indusse#2211.

Instructions for Voting:
After the closure of the Sign-ups, the host will telegram every participant with the voting form. The participant then has to fill the form before the deadline. A participant is not allowed to vote for themselves in the voting form. If this happens, then the participant is considered disqualified.
