Balder must be a self-determining region and establish itself without interference
If I am endorsed and become delegate, I will established a convention to decide amongst those interested, the general direction for the region. My main concern is establishing a democratic government. Although, this is a time of turbulence for Balder, I wish to have some fun for our first day as a region; including a feast and a dance on the RMB to celebrate our region's creation.

If I am endorsed and become delegate, I will establish a rule by one. We will stand together or we will fall, this is true. But, if we stand together, and constantly quarrel among ourselves as to what shall be done about certain situations, we won't get anything done! EVER! Think about how long it takes for a law to get through your government. If one man (me) ran the government with the aid of only a handful of advisers, decisions can be me made rapidly.
