Indusse wrote:currently how many nations can be there

I have updated the Conclusion section of the dispatch, please re read it..

Instead of going by a fixed number if seats in the Parliament, we will be approaching via Percentage, since we don't know how many Political Parties/Indpendent Candidates will be there in future elections, but the below concept will always be applicable.

Seat Matrix:

Out of the total 100% of the seats:

52% of the seats will be reserved for the Government/Political Party in Power.

16% reserved for Indpendent Candidates.

32% for rest of the Political Parties (Opposition).

Division of Seat

1. If there is a Coalition Government, then it is up to the Coalition Partners to decide how to divide their share of seats.

2. Number of Independent Candidates will be the deciding factor for total number of seats in the Parliament by the given below formula:

16% of x= No. of Indpendent Candidates

Where x= Total No. Of Seats in the Parliament.

For Example, if there are 3 Independent Candidates then there should be a total of 19 Parliament Seats (since 18.75 is rounded off to 19)

Therefore 10 seats for the Ruling Party,
Now, if the Ruling Party can't put forward 10 individual nations, it may unevenly distribute the seats to its members, let's say the Ruling Party has 4 members only, then 2 members will get 3 seats and rest two members will be getting 2 seats. Here seats means votes, therefore the 2 members of ruling party will have 3 votes to cast while rest two members will have only 2 votes to cast.

Now the Opposition parties will get 6 seats, which be distributed in proportional to their vote share.

Conclusions:

1. There is no fixed number of Seats in the Parliamnet.

2. The number of seats (votes) acquired by each Member of Parliamnet (M.P.) will be decided before starting of any Parliamnet session, published in a dispatch by the Parliamnet Speaker.

3. If there are no Independent Candidates, then the Opposition Parties will get (32+16)% of the seats and the Ruling Party rest 52%.
In this case, Ruling Party shall be the deciding factor for total number of seats.
For Example, let's assume the Ruling Party is interested to send 5 nations from their side,

52% of x=5

Then the Opposition Parties will get the remaining (x-5) seats.

4. To consider a party legal, atleast two members should be present in the party.

5. Only Registered Citizens of India can be M.P.

Also, since my proposal is currently not passed, for the time being let's have 3 nations (or votes) from the Opposition and 5 nations (or votes) from the Government.

i and zealandiana will be coming from opposition. would Veaetmar like to be in parliament?`

Omg! What has happened since I last logged on!

I can’t even think right now. Imagine how Hindu puri must feel when he gets online and sees all of this.

First of all, this is an order that all fighting and heated debates will end right now! There shall be no more arguing.

Second of all, Zealandiana, please come back to this region. You are a very important part of it and on behalf of everyone here, I apologize for it all.

Third of all, opposition has right to vote in Parliament.

Finally, I think that there should be a poll on it so Indus Valley Civilization, please put up a poll using Sabhapati rajya.

Oh ok good. There was just so much to look at.

I had 208 messages on the rmb plus 9 telegrams plus the India Parliament House to look at.

It’s all a mess

I would like to say to people that even though things get tough, I think it is wrong to run away from your problems.

Rather, face it and try calming down the issue or JUST DON’T RESPOND.

That is a more effective way of dealing with things.

Don't read them, it's all sorted out.

Trivian's bill is postponed for now, will be considered again when both Nirupama and Hindu Puri are online.

Iam talking about the Division of Seat Matrix.
This is a matter of Great importance and should be finalized after the Discussion with Vice President , Prime Minister and Leader of Opposition along with Consideration of other Active Citizens.

Since it is very similar to that of Zealandiana, I request Zealandiana to withdraw his version of the same bill.

I request Honourable Member Shri Hindu mahasabha Ji to Re - Pin the Dispatch in Regard to Recognition of the Hindu Religion Bill back to the Region India as it is passed by the Parliament.

Brother you might be Angry but you shouldn't have removed the Dispatch then just because I wrote it. It showcases a Negative Message to our Unity  Brother.
I too could have conducted the Polls in Regard to my Bill as I too had the Poll Authority but I waited for the Responsible Members to take course in accordance to the Law.

Just Leave and Let forget that matter and I request you to  Re- Pin the Dispatch.

Yes they HAVE to get back to normal.
This region went into chaos and this isn't the first time this kind of thing has happened.

I would like Hindu mahasabha to know as well as all other members of India that Sabhapati rajya is the speaker of the parliament and so he has the sole decision in the parliament. Anything and everything that he says goes.
Suggestions are a completely different thing than correcting.

Neo Kerala and Sabhapati rajya

India Republic will now go extinct as there is no need for it.
