According to the news on N-Day, "you can always choose not to participate. Non-aligned nations (that haven't joined a faction) cannot be targeted or nuked".
We will definitely have a faction and it's only for nations who are interested to participate.

Thank you for maintaining and bringing this region forward. I returned not to be too serious and I think you are more rightful to what you have built here. I want to help you all to develop this region with my ability.
Anyway, N-Day is interesting and i think it's good if you all participate. Maybe i could take a little part on this event, not as commander since i'm new member here :)
I am also excited to welcome the 3rd CMFMA Melayu Archipelago World Cup, i will read the progress from RMB first.

3rd Melayu Archipelago Cup
Entrants
There are now 14 confirmed entrants for the 3rd Melayu Archipelago Cup. This is the highest number of participants ever for the regional football championship. For the record, the first championship had 6 participants and the second championship had 12 participants. Sign-up will remain open until the end of N-Day which is at 4:00am (GMT +7) or 5:00am (GMT +8) on 27th September.
Format
The format of the championship will depends on the number of entrants:
14 nations - 2 groups of 7 nations. Top 2 nations qualify for the semi final.
16 nations - 4 groups of 4 nations. Top 2 nations qualify for the quarter final.
20 nations - 4 groups of 5 nations. Top 2 nations qualify for the quarter final.
Host Bid
We also have 3 host bids in our hands from 
Eraman, Mitra and soma and 
Pemecutan. Voting on hosting rights will commence after the sign up close and will remain open for 3 days.

The regional football championship also received 2 sponsorships offer from a leading budget carrier, Skyway.com and tyre company, Sindwell Tire. The full list of sponsors will be announced before the start of the championship.

Thank you for your help. We will greatly appreciate it. We definitely welcome your presence for as long as you want to be. This is not my region alone, this region belongs to every nations here. Everyone played their part. I merely re-founded it with several other remaining Tanah Melayu nations after it was raided when the founder, Southeastern Malaya CTEd.
You are not new to this region. This is still the Tanah Melayu that you belong to. Anyway, lets keep the region radiation free again.
Briefly to keep you up-to-date, the founder of Tanah Melayu, Southeastern Malaya CTEd some times ago and the region was raided. The remaining nations were in limbo and seek refuge in ASEAN Region. They were very nice to welcome us but it doesn't have the same feel as Tanah Melayu. After some discussions among the refugee, we decided to take the steps needed to return home. Hence, the re-foundation of Tanah Melayu in the form of Melayu Archipelago.
It would be great to have the founder of the championship and the defending champion in this edition.

Hello everyone!
As I hope you all know, you are members of the Assembly of Regions. As our charter calls for, we will be holding elections for the positions of your Regional AoR Delegate and AoR Councilor. I am going around and informing the different regional RMB's about the elections coming up so everyone will vote! I will update with your region's election date when I confirm it with your regional government.

N-Day is here!!!
We have form an understanding with Indonesia Raya to form an alliance to keep our region radiation free again, the alliance will be called Indonesia Raya Melayu Archipelago Alliance or shortened as IRMA Alliance. To further strengthen our alliance, we have also form a non-aggression pact with Canopy.
Everyone from the two regions are welcome to join the faction. Updates on course of actions will be given from time to time. For the time being, military specialists build nukes while strategic specialists build shield. Economic specialists can build what they think is needed for the faction, shield is recommended.
