Alternatively, we could try something 'new', Polation hasn't ever had a character-based RP have we? One could resurrect a fictional 'nation of Polation' in some contemporary or postmodern geopolitical setting and our characters may relish the chance to interact, who knows, I'm spit-balling.

We backed and forth between nation-rp and character rp. Some people here preferred character, others preferred nation but it would be a cool idea to maybe try a more character-based roleplay. I also like the idea of coming out of a dark ages because it would allow for people to rp about rebuilding and challenges that come with it hence my idea involving coming out of a great war.

I'm thinking we draft a fictional contemporary western democratic structure, and invite players into it. A completely fictional nation has my interest more than the confines of a Westminster or American one.
