I remember being a total noob when I joined. I didn't understand 90% of Thaecian memes and thought that people were just being stupid and mindless. At least I knew how NS works (I guess you did as well as you'd been on NS for a while before then) and had some idea of how regional politics works.

The trick is joining Thaecia as soon as a friend of yours gets elected PM, then doing nothing at all in the region but play stonks. After 3 months you spring up outta nowhere when another friend becomes the EC and run a sham campaign for the HoC, and voila! You're a well-accustomed Thaecian regular in a landslide! 👍

The only real way to get involved in the region is to come in its first week, stumble into a Senate seat, make yourself the deputy of an inactive minister so that you get offered the job, then do some other things, then trick- wait, I mean convince- Kors into letting you be EM so that you can indoctrinate newcomers into your cult.

The only effective way to get involved in the region is to come a power hungry disgraced member of a dying region, and become the most corrupt Thaecian in history, not only being in the Thaestablishment but supporting them from destruction, while also getting all your friends from your old region either involved in as a private citizen or even as an MP, and then getting your IRL best friend to join and getting her elected in a fraudulent election.
You know, I don't get paid with money, but I've got a lot of political favours that will be paid back, hopefully come October :)
