Created by Cerdenia on May 3rd 2020 with the start of the 3rd Thaecian Civil War and the New Rise of Liberalism in Thaecia, the index has the purpose of measuring how liberal specific thaecian politicians are, as such allowing the population to be well informed during election times so they won't fall for the trap of electing a liberal politician for government, as such preventing the total collapse of Thaecia. The index has 5 classifications, ranging from Definitely Liberal to Definitely Not Liberal, and has been praised by the Thaecian Health Organisation (THO) for helping keep Thaecia safer from diseases such as liberalism.

The TLI is headed by it's founder Cerdenia, who along with a team of qualified specialists on the issue, rank thaecian politicians taking into account multiple factors such as campaigning, voting, political affiliation as well as legislation proposals and any other form of confidential information discovered by the organisation which may exposed liberal tendencies. The index rates all politicians in the Legislature and Executive branches, and while it would like to rank Justices as well, it recognises that a liberal court could ban our organisation and so prefers not to get involved with judicial affairs.

I would like to nominate Korsinia and Islonia for Grand Member of the Order of Thaecia.

Korsinia has been one of those nations who have really contributed to the region by writing many important bills and sponsoring many as well. They are one of the oldest members of the region as well. They have been a Member of Parliament as well as the Prine Minister of the region for two times back to back. They were the first Foreign Affairs Minister of Thaecia and was the Founder of the Thaecian Diplomatic Corps. They had sown the seeds of Thaecia's stand on regional cooperation. And, I guess, that's really more than enough for being a Golden Member of the Order of Thaecia.

Islonia as well, have written and sponsored quite a few important bills. They have been a Senator and an Associate Justice as well. They have been very useful to the Executive Branch by giving extremely important advices. They have been elected as the Secretary of the RolePlay for many times now. They have also successfully held the Late Nite Festival with the help of prominent Thaecians as well as people from other region. They have been the ambassador of Thaecia to The East Pacific for many months now and have really strengthened our relationship with the region. And, I guess, that's more than enough for being a Grand Member of the Order of Thaecia.
