Embassy Requirements

Imperial Chancellor - Puetavisa

The Wolf Clan decides whether to construct in-game regional embassies based on the decision of the current Imperial Chancellor. The Wolf Clan then only establishes any embassies between it and regions with which it has had long-term historic and cultural ties. Regions that do not have such ties, but wish to improve friendly relations, may apply to set up an embassy with The Wolf Clan directly or via Discord; which may later be reviewed at request. Any region that wishes to create an embassy or open diplomatic discussion must meet and suitably maintain to follow the following criteria for embassies, as determined by the Eternal Council in congruence with Imperial Canon. Embassy requests submitted randomly without a prior application will be denied.

Regions are eligible to apply for an embassy provided that they:

Have been founded for at least 30 days.
1. Exceptions may be made for re-founded regions, provided they meet/exceed this timespan.
Must not have the following regional tags:
1. Fascist
2. Communist
3. Socialist
4. Anti-Security Council
Must not be an “Embassy Collector”
1. Embassy Collector is defined as “a region with a policy of obtaining as many embassies as possible.”
2. For the sake of pedantry, this also applies to any region that is determined to be a “Puppet Storage,” in a similar vein.
Must not pose a threat to The Wolf Clan or its imperialist system of governance.
Must not be a member of the "NSGP/NSL" community.
Must have a community of its own, with obvious activity on their Regional Message Board.
1. If activity instead takes place via Discord, it may be open to review on a case-by-case basis.

If any region that has created an embassy with The Wolf Clan breaks this policy at any point in time, they willingly forfeit it. Similarly, any region that wishes to construct and maintain an embassy must meet and satisfactorily adhere to, the previous criteria for embassies.

What is The Black Book?

"The Black Book" is a registry of regions and/or nations that The Wolf Clan sees as containing detritus, and inferior in the eyes of His Eternal Highness. Embassies may not be constructed with regions on this list; neither may embassies be constructed with regions who even share embassies with regions on this list. The Eternal Council thus refuses to attend any events, summits, etc. in which these regions are permitted to attend.

The Black Book

※ Nazi Europa
Raided several times by reputable and allied organizations; fascism. Eventual loss of home-region (Nazi Europe), as well as complete disregard of human rights.

※ Lorania
General absence of maturity and professionalism, overall incompetency, extreme negligence, false accusations, slander, attempt (but utter failure!) to garner attention for aforementioned false accusations, and lack of moral compass.

※ United Nations of Liberalia
Attempted destabilization of the Eternal Council via mass espionage, mass banjecting; thus leading to its inevitable downfall, and toxic leadership. Luckily, it is succeeded by the legitimate government in the The Unconventional Alliance.

※ Karma
Serves as a breeding ground of trolls and people whom thirst for attention. Failed to successfully lead a downvote campaign against The Wolf Clan and its allies 4 times, all of which failed epically.

※ Krasnaya
Was liberated by The Wolf Clan in January of 2021, just to kill off their own region in a month and a half. A true embarrassment to the NationStates community.
