With Chaos in Novos romanos unfolding nearby on the Japanese Isle. Kamchakta is gravely concerned but welcomes the international help to secure the safety of the Japanese Isle.

However, Korea does not believe it is in her interest for powers to attempt to establish permanent bases on Japan under the future stable Novos Romanos. Specifically, Isolationstan. Korea will embark on bilateral talks with the legitimate Novos Romanos government on the future of their nation.

In order to counter any foreign influence on the region. Korea will be dispatching the 1st Carrier Fleet to the East Sea (Sea of Japan) and the 2nd Carrier Fleet based at Mokpo with to the East China Sea. Supplies and humanitarian aid will be permitted but no further movement of forces will be required. This applies to all parties Romaniche, Azoris and Akumanga

The 1st and 6th Division of the Royal Korean Marine Corp totalling 20,000 men and their respective equipment are prepared for deployment within 6 hours to Aomori at the request of Novos romanos.

We request to the Novos Romanos Government that Korea solely be allowed to secure the safety of her and the restoration of previous insituitions.

Korea alone will handle to restabalisation of the nation. Being a neighbour, we understand better and have more vested interest in ensuring no foreign influence post-civil conflict
Korea will pay for US$8 billion worth of 32 desalination plants constructed by Doosan Heavy Industries to ensure water security
Korea will guarantee Novos Romanos independence and create Japan as a "no-base zone" preventing any permanent establishments.
Korea will sell food and humanitarian supplies at a rate 50% below market price for a year in the period of recovery following the conflict amounting to an estimated saving of US$6 billion
Korea will allocate 5% more of the previous amount of foreign aid budget for Novos Romanos

This is the first time I did so. Only because it is an unstable situation right next to me.

If I am not wrong. You are based in Oregon? What are you doing in Japan.

While I do believe Isolationstan’s point, it’s a bit of an overreaction. Kamchatka rarely intervenes, however, their moves are unnecessary. You want us just to forget and move on? I thought you wanted to protect Novos Romanos from being manipulated by foreign governments. If anything, you’re only furthering your own influence while everyone else is trying to help. On the other side, the point of Isolationstan pulling their government based out is 100% supported by me. But Kamchatka, you can’t just make us not help because you don’t want us there. I refuse to pull out any support forces whatsoever until we negotiate this.

1. We are helping a fellow member of the RDB
2. Attempting to help make the RDB a more funded Brotherhood
3. Establishing political connections with Novos Romanos

These are RDB matters so the RDB should handle this, we merely want to help Novos and strengthen them and make sure that their government does not become corrupt, all you are doing is offering them money and casting us aside.

You don't have to pull out. We are okay with whatever help there is as stated in the first paragraph. Just halting the continued movement of troops. I think there are enough already. Humanitarian shipments and food will continue from your nations and the units you have there can continue to operate until Novos is free.

Iroman Kampuchea is willing to send shipments of supplies to aid the peace effort. The Iroman Asian Economic Union is also willing to give economic aid to Kamchakta.

As a diplomatic and economic member of the RDB, Iroma, must bust be cogniscent of the RDB's wishes and methods for dealing with crises in member nations, but it respects Kamchakta's quick response, and will aid, so long as Japan will be re-stabilised ethically.
