first of all we would like to commend you all for the calmness and consideration with which you are confronting this disquieting juncture.
We would gladly endorse Delegate Ransium, if we were a WA member, so as to diminish our vulnerability. But we hesitate to join that undoubtedly august body, because we are loath to be bound by decisions over which our influence would be so vanishingly small.
We agree with the course outlined by Ransium. Setting a password is a wise decision for protection in the short time, until we wait to see if Errinundera is reborn. And if not, we are willing to take part in the refounding process under Ransium's wise guide.
Creating a shared founder-nation would be a great idea if we were sure that the system won't ban us for that.
What if we logged into it at the same time? The system might find it suspicious.
Also, when we would all have logged into the founder-nation at least once, the game system could interpret it like that:
IP1: Founder, Karock
IP2: Founder, Ransium
IP3: Founder, Santa Joanna
Conclusion: Founder, Ransium, Santa Joanna and Karock are led by the same person, who uses 3 different computers and violates the "only one nation in WA" rule (both me and Ransium are member-nations, and Karock might have some WA puppet nation, too).
So I think that we should talk to the Game Moderators first, to be sure that our plan is legitimate.
I also think the idea of a puppet nation is favorable and it would be neat to think up a creative name for such a nation but I think Santa Joanna raises an excellent point. I will gladly participate in the plan Ransium outlined above and if there's anything I can do to help with contacting the Game Moderators or something let me know.

The Brink of Extinction as a refounder. It's my puppet nation which I created some time ago to post recruitment messages on feeder RMBs. I think it has a catchy name, but of course it's just a proposal.
Hmm, it might be best to create an entirely new nation for the specific purpose of refounding... but the name IS really catchy... Arrgggh! I can't decide!
Now it has been decided to refound we should leave the decisions to, Ransium, Santa Joanna and Karock the rest of us just wait for our telegrams

It's come to my attention that Forest's delegate to P115, Devilish orcs, has not logged in for 23 days. I hope he is either on vacation mode or wakes up before he CTEs.
Cool plan everyone! If we were to create a new nation, I think it should be something to do with the environment. However I do like the puppet name above, in any case i'm interested in hearing ideas.
Oh right... Errinundera was the one who maintained Devilish Orcs. I don't have a password for him so he will definitely CTE. I am not the greatest puppeteer but does anyone want to volunteer to make a new ambassador nation to Philosophy 115? Preferably within the next 5 days to replace Devilish Orcs.
