Then, comes out an elderly white man in his 70's. A mixed Dutch-German fellow, he is seen holding brandy in his right hand, and his left hand tucked inside his side-pocket. As he walks out, he would then set an old record on a gramophone, playing 1920s jazz.

The Hadid Arms Corporation has decided to place a bid for the P-19 Pistol contract offered by the Russoslava Administry of Defense. The weapon that Hadid will be presenting for trials is the Caracal R (for Russoslava) pistol, a newly minted variation of the Kingdom’s flagship pistol that has been the official sidearm of the Emirati Armed Forces and the Kingdom’s police forces since 2009.
The new model will be re-calibered to adjust from a 9x21MM calibre to a 10x22MM one, has been fitted with an enlarged trigger guard, and is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol designed with capacity for an 18-round box magazine with the selected cartridge.
The pistols have a fully supported chamber and fixed iron sights featuring straight- straight-eight pattern contrast enhancements of which the front element can be adjusted for windage. The unadjustbale rear sight element is an integral part of the firing pin unit and can only be changed by exchanging the entire firing pin unit.

Rally Against West African Government
Earlier today, a rally was held in Niamey, Niamey, West Africa. Rally attendees criticized the Queen for holding too much power, especially over the Congress of West Africa. Rally leader, and President of the West African New Republic Party, also known as the Republican Party, Chizoba Azikiwe did not answer any of our questions. He lead the rally across Niamey, briefly met by the West African Army. The rally was then dispersed by order of Queen Nkruma III. She is not expected to speak on the recent actions in Niamey.

RBC News: North Star Defense Finishes Drone Variant of EFV-1A Alligator
After 3 years and changing hands the North Star Defense Company annouced that it's Aerospace Division has finished the Drone Variant of the EFV-1A Alligator. The Alligator was a short-lived aircraft that served in the Russoslav Air Force and other Air Forces for a short time. Built by Eastwood Aviation which was bought by North Star Defense. There were plans to build a Drone Variant but it stalled after the company was bought out. However, it has been finished and the Drone flew its first test Yesterday, however North Star Defense has not confirmed a price or if it would be used as a military fighter.

North Star Defense Company Annoucement
Our Aerospace Division has annouced that with the Completion of the QV-1A Alligator Drone Variant that it will begin to develop the FV-1B Alligator. This Variant of the Alligator will shed Speed and armament for a longer range. From 1,300 Miles to 1,500 Miles and will reduce speed to Mach 1.5 as it will switch the powerplant out for a more fuel efficient engine. It will also go from 7 Plyons to 4, Getting ride of the centerline Pylon and the 2 Wingtip Pylons but keeping the 4 Underwing Pylons. According to reports, the Centerline Pylon was useless due to the Clearance from the ground also the Wingtips Plyons were Unreliable and so We elect to remove them. Development and planning starts today and hopefully in 6 months we will have a prototype for the FV-1B

North Star Defense Company Press Anoucement
At 10:10 PM Ural Time,a $647.5 Million Ruble Deal between our company and The Kingdom of Western afrika for 35 EFV-1A VTOL Fighter-Bombers. With the Aircraft that is currently in storage (Former Russoslav Air Force Models that did not see service), which is 12 will be delivered and the 23 more will take 6 months to complete and ship to Western Afrika. This is one of the biggest deals that the company has made since the M-17 contract by the Russoslav government.
RBC News: North Star Defense to Open 2 New Factories
After a recent deal between The Kingdom of Western Afrika and North Star Defense which will see the company make $647.5 Million Rubles (1 Ruble = 1USD). North Star Defense also annouced later that as a result that they've commissioned 2 new Factories to be built bring their total from 3 to 5. Those original 3 factories are 2 Gun factories one of which was acquired when they bought Eastwood Arms Company and an Aircraft Factory which again was acquired when they bought Eastwood Arms Company. One of the new factories will be a Gun factory and the other will be an Aircraft factory.
One of these factories will be in the St. Andrewsburg Metropolitan Area in the Eastern side of the city which has been confirmed to be the Firearms Factory. They confirmed the Aircraft factory will be built near the Lake Balkhash Airbase with hopes to bring much-needed jobs into the region and the State of Ubetslava. The building will start tomorrow and hopefully take a year and a half to complete however the factories will most likely not be up and running for 2 years in everything goes to plan.

These trails are to be secret and conducted in private by the testers and a repressive of the companies involved. The trails will last a week and at the end, the Grand Military Command will select a design to be the BV-19.

We have made our first elimination in the trails for the BV-19 Contract. Norinco's Type-97 Bullpup has been eliminated from the competition after reports confirmed that due to the weight of the rifle and the size of the Cartridge that in full auto the rifle was uncontrollable. Also during the ammo stress test were thousands of rounds of ammo were run through the firearm it was found that the light Polymer design began to warp and melt under stress of the constant fully automatic fire. That leaves the North Star Defense's AMR (Advanced Modular Rifle) and Colt's Designs.

As is blatantly obvious, the chances I ever finish my war RP with my puppets is ~0%. In light of this I have had a brief discussion with Labyrnna and we have come to the conclusion that the RP will be changed considerably in an effort to both make it pragmatically completable, and an active RP once again. In light of this, the following is to be undertaken:
- Hsenwei can be removed from the map.
- Active hostilities between 
Southwest China and Hmong-mien will be made non-canon.
- A tense standoff in progress will be considered to exist as canon, to be developed upon further, in accordance with the previously approved RP plan.
As the RP was very internalized (and probably even totally unknown to some members) the impact on regional RP should be negligible beyond my own nation.

Ministry of Energy approves plan for a second nuclear power plant
Comrade Minister of Energy Santiago Pettinari has approved plans for the construction of a second nuclear power plant in the country. According to the information released by the Ministry of Energy, the station will incorporate 4 reactors, each unit capable of producing a net output of 2,400 MWe of electricity*.

New submarines for the Furstian People's Navy
The Ministry of Defense and State Security has extended a formal request to the Government of Southwest China, petitioning the acquisition of 2 submarines for the Furstian People's Navy.

The Cantonese DoD has approved the purchase of two Type-39A Diesel/Electric Submarine's by the Furstian People's Navy, at a price of $600mn.
This order will be completed in one years time, at which point the vessels will be handed over to the FPN at Canton Harbor.
As the FPN has already acquired other vessels of this type, training of new crews will be left as the responsibility of the FPN.

After a long silence from the government, an official status report has been given to the media and the presidents office is now cooperating with the media to provide the public with a "constant stream of information regarding national security." Regarding this information several operation reports have been declassified. The first to be declassified was a report on the encounter with a foxtrot class submarine. The ship was sank several months ago in a unknown location. Another operation report of interest is covered in black ink. It details the investigation of several terrorist attacks and the man hunt for the perpetrators. Eventually the ATPRRF (Anti Terrorism Prevention and Rapid Response Force) had located a makeshift chemical weapons lab in a residential zone. They surrounded the building at night and entered intending to clear it of hostiles and then dispose of the weapons at a currently unknown location. What they had found will startle you. They had found several dead Civilian's seeming effected by Arsenic, chlorine and unknown nerve agents. Also evidence of a Radiological weapon being recently present. The events following these findings are almost unknown, nearly entire pages of the report are redacted. What is known is that several children where being held hostage by a currently unnamed terrorist and several bomb makers and researchers had been killed before this encounter. The terrorist was described as being erratic and self-destructive.The status of the children is unknown, but the autopsy for the Terrorist show that he was on LSD. Several of the researcher had early stages of cancer, lymphoma and several other illnesses associated with low level radiation exposure/Long term exposure to deadly chemicals. It was noted the several of the research staff had such delicate skin that when removing there cloths small amounts of skin would peal off.
