You can view previous resolutions here, which will give you an idea of what kinds of laws are created.

Deugaw and Really Smart Kansas
PotaTownian government is appalled at the exclusion of our glorious nation. We are all united to take down 2nd ottoman sultanate and would enjoy the opportunity to be included in such activities. We (as a whole nation) have proposed the denouncing of 2nd ottoman sultanate and have not seen any action taken upon it.

Premier-Secretary Volmenlina of Korochunov has expressed concern that economic sanctions on the 2nd ottoman sultanate might disrupt the healthy export routines of the Korochunovite state, as most Korochunovite cargo ships pass through Turkish waters to reach destinations in some of the member states of this agreement. Should the Sultan begin levying his own tariffs on vessels docking in Turkish ports, which may be done as compensation for tariffs placed on his nation, the Korochunovite economy would be harmed. This is primarily due to exports from Korochunov, such as magnesium and natural gas, being less profitable in this scenario, which could cause economic stagnation.

With conflict and displacement being evident or upcoming around the nearby empire of the ottomans, Idiocarasia is sending small scav forces to “obtain” any discarded goods and personal from any area that has shown conflict or displacement near the border.
We would also like to state that these are not war fighters, just Scavs. This is not a declaration of war

Rhodesian Weapons Trials
With the Rhodesian Security Forces looking to overhaul the entire armoury of the armed forces, they have sent out the details of the first weapon to be trialed which is the biggest one out of the group; the replacement of the standard infantry FAL battle rifle. Though trusty, the rifle is showing its age and with war around the world looming ever closer to Africa, the nation has decided it is time to begin modernising the armed forces fully.
A set of requirements have been made for the new rifle:
•It must weigh equal to or less than 9.5lb (4.3kg)
•It must be a select fire intermediate cartridge assault rifle
•It must come equipped with a sight of at least x4 magnification
•It must have a Picatinny rail to make it easy for extra attachments or an adequate replacement for modular use
Any and all applicants for the weapons trials are to submit their firearms to the Rhodesian Security Forces for evaluation.
